I just received my XL cage in the mail today and could not figure it out! I searched it on UA-cam and chose your video bc I learned a lot from you when I first got my Veiled Chameleon. I was still having issues and finally figured it out. TWO OF THE LETTERS ON THE BOTTOM WERE SWITCHED!!!😂😂😂 Thank you for you help!

Definitely get the waterproof tray insert for this. It’s a few inches deep. I installed a bar sink drain and hose to a bucket in the cabinet it sits on for drainage.

It's real fun when they don't label the pieces lol. I'm trying to put this one together now and had to take a break because I'm about to have to take the whole thing apart it looks like.
I just put one together a couple weeks ago and they print the letters directly on the frame instead of using stickers like they used to! Good luck :)

I remember getting this exact tank for Christmas so my chameleon could move out of his old tank and within about a day it fell off the mesh fifty times and now has loft half his nail thingys

What I learned after putting my first 2x2x4 is to installed Bills Dragon ledges while assembling and also installing mist ledges
Oooh great suggestion! I ended up attaching the branches in this enclosure without any ledges but have used the dragon ledges in my other enclosures.

Trust me, if I can do it you can do it! Just be careful with the screws to not poke the screen!
These screen enclosures are only for outdoor purposes right? Wouldn’t it be difficult to control the temperature inside the cage if it’s made from screens?
These can be used for indoor keeping as well!! Most keepers are able to use screen enclosures, but if you’re having a hard time maintaining temps and humidity because you live somewhere where it’s dry and cold inside your home, then a hybrid enclosure might be a better option. www.neptunethechameleon.com/picking-an-enclosure
I made the mistake of buy this so do you have a video showing how you place curtains on the sides as you suggested on other videos to keep the moisture. Im not sure if you place it on the outside of the screen or inside.

I live in Alberta Canada, i just got this XL reptibreeze, I dont know what do put on the bottom if anything and stuck on a drainage system been looking up stuff, is the repti table worth it for this enclosure? and the drainage

Very off topic but would love your opinion. My roommates and I just picked up a baby veiled yesterday, he was acting normal in store, definitely got stressed being handled by the reptile store, we had everything set up for him when we got back (temps good, humidity a little low but we set up a humidifier) and since he’s arrived he has had his eyes closed the whole time and has barely moved. He’ll occasionally lift his arms up towards the top heat lamp and gape. Do you think this is strictly stress related? Or do you think something else is going on? Thank you so much!

I went to a pet store once and somebody said they put their chameleon in a bird cage- i thought it was common sense to not do that lol
It's actually common, i think it takes a lot of configuration but people do it and successfully! I heard the chameleon academy talking about it a couple days ago I was surprised too 🤣👌
