🥰📚 Just finished the 5th Shady Hollow book and the first book in the Baker Street Mystery series 👍🏼
I think you would LOVE the Southern Sisters Mysteries. There are only 7 of the books because the author Anne George passed away after #7. They are cozy mysteries and I just think based off some of the others you’ve mentioned that you love, I think you’d really enjoy these characters and stories.
I'm currently reading the new Orleans series by lisa Jackson. I'm sad that there is only one more book left in the series, I have become so close with the detectives in the series. I really hope Lisa continues this series.
I love Kevin Hearne’s Iron Druid Chronicles!! ❤ The last of the Druids starts out the recent modern era living in Tempe, AZ with his Irish Wolfhound Oberon. They communicate telepathically. Hilarious! The old lady neighbor is a hoot! (She may just remind you of one of your neighbors Peter. 😂). I love his sense of humor! I hope you give them a try. First books in a long time that made me laugh out loud-besides Carl Hiaasen.
Also they’re available on audible (all 10 in the series). 🙂
I'm currently reading the Cozy Capers Book Group Mystery Series by Maddie Day.
Not sure if you have ever read the Kinsey Milhone by Sue Grafton but they are great. It is the alphabet series and the series ended with Y because she passed away. It doesn't leave you hanging though. Kinsey is a PI in a small Cali town.
