Hi I’m looking for some resources for after having my first baby I was previously very active in body building strength training but now that I’m planning on breastfeeding after not being active at all and gaining a lot of weight during pregnancy I want to recomp my body and get back to being active but don’t want to compromise my breast milk supply - any suggestions ?
