    QUANTUM COMPUTER
Pablo Bonilla, an Aussie uni student, has just made a huge discovery in the world of quantum computing. Unlike ordinary computer chips which use bits made up of a bunch of 1's and 0's. They act like tiny switches that can either be on (1) or off (0) simple! But Quantum computing uses something known as qubits and these switches can be on, off or anywhere in between at the same time. In theory, quantum computers are millions and even trillions times faster. And scientists want to use them to research things like artificial intelligence or create new medicines. The trouble is they are really, really hard to make. That's where Pablo comes in. Recently he was given some coding homework at uni. What he came back with was a whole new way of USING qubits. Pablo basically designed a code that helps computers correct their errors. It's got the quantum world very excited even tech giant, Amazon plans to use it. And hopefully soon Pablo's hard work will really pay off.
    A-LEAGUE CAT
Believe it or not this isn't some sort of competitive cat running event. It's the A-League! This stray cat was just trying to get a bit of attention and decided to run onto the field during this game between Adelaide United and Macarthur Bulls..
    FOOTBALL CAT
No you're not experiencing Déjà vu. This is a different cat and it's in Turkey. But it had the same idea as the last one! Interrupt a football match by running really quickly across the field.
    BAND CAT
And what do you get when you cross Cats and Heavy Metal? This! Cattera is apparently a Brooklyn based cat metal band. With human help they've just. released their debut single, with proceeds going towards a local kitty rescue centre Whiskers-A-GoGo.
