- This video is the second part of the 8th episode of Shiva Sutra. We'll discuss lucid dreaming, and what it really means to go beyond dreaming and attain awakening. What does it really mean to reach Turiya.
And then the practical way that I practiced. And also a 21 days challenge!

Happy to say that yesterday I finally experienced this .।। I was indeed awakened and conscious in my dream & I said to myself in my dream "( karan यह सच नही है यह एक सपना है) "

@@kanha1111 hello brother, I will share my journey experience , let's hope it will help you in any way,.
Day 1-4 : I was full enthusiastic and full of energy , whenever I see myself in the mirror I keep reminding myself(with FAITh) all this is just an illusion .
Day 5-15: Sometimes I keep forgetting that all this is just illusion, sometimes hoping that today I will be awake in my dreams, Expectations getting bigger and bigger for the outcome( end result)
Day 16-28 : When ever I woke up or get to sleep I had this thought in mind that I am going from one dream world to another. My patience was getting low and low day by day because I wanted result. Everyhing I did felt like a fake cenario, doubts coming more often in my mind. And I decided that now I will now discontinue this mindset and lifestyle ( खुद को बार बार याद दिलाना की सब माया है)।
Day 29&30 : I did nothing back to usual self like I was before being careless and carefree. I had lost hope at last
Day 31 . Today was the day of my actual realisation . I was fully awake and fully conscious in my dream . AND THIS HAPPENED अचानक से।
ONE MAJOR POINT - DON'T FOCUS ON END RESULT
कर्म करो फल की इच्छा ना करो
As said by prabhu श्री कृष्ण in भागवत गीता।
Because if we do karma we will obviously get it's result.

Gurudev, I’ve following this practice since you uploaded this video. Yesterday when I was sleeping, I realised that I was in a dream, and because of it the dream ended. It was really a horrifying yet one of the best experiences I had . My question is, what do to now? What is the next step?
Keep doing. The dream doesn't end, you will realize that waking up is just entering into another dream. Keep doing! And congrats for this achievement ❤

@@kanha1111 Thank you for asking, almost every time I sleep, I am able to penetrate the dream, once the dream ends, I started Chanting Maa’s mantra and also chanting the holy name of Shree RAM. I had experiences when I was awake like walking, studying,etc and suddenly the reality seems to be a dream. I had such experiences for few times, but they are becoming increasingly regular. At times the heart starts to beat really fast and I feel something at the base of the spine. It happened that once when the dream ended, I felt something very potent thing, it was not at the base of my spine, I don’t know whether it was kundalini or not because it felt like something was about to erect, I felt it till the heart, and the bliss was extreme. I feel the tingling sensation every know and then. I don’t follow any thing except this practise and maa’s mantra and the study of Vedant. Please note that I don’t follow any traditional practise, just this. ‘Ye Sab bas ek Sapna hai’ Jai Maa Kalika

@pratigyarijal5716 the seeker need only remember why they started seeking in the first place, what led to this act of 'seeking'. Nothing is lost, not even time. If a seeker resumes seeking, they'd start right where they left off

Guru ji please guide me. I am in serious life death situation. Bohot kuch yogic techniques try kar raha hu lekin kuch nahi ho raha hey. Meyra body din ba din bohot weak ho ja raha hey. Mey healthy khana khata hu excercise karta hu yogic practices karta hu. Lekin phir bhi body weak hey. My brain is also becoming weak. Weak awareness,weak memory,weak thinking. Pehle mera body aur mind bohot strong tha. Kya meri karma k wajah se yeh sab face kar raha hu? I donot want to die until I become enlightened. I want to be able to choose to leave this cycle of life.
