Right! Freeway Rick is simply conveying the expectation is anyone caught will roll over given the amount of time faced. He tried to operate by never being in the same room as the evidence (dope and/or money) but RICO kills that tactic. Have to prove the driver knew she was driving him to go kill NH. So unless she admits that or you have the text "take me to go kill NH" on her phone.
