When learning a new song on any instrument, it is generally a good idea to practice it very slowly at first. Practicing at different tempos is key to mastering the techniques needed to play the song. This can get pretty boring if you're practicing alone with a metronome.
That's why I've created these backing tracks for metal guitarists (or whoever finds them useful), so that they can "play with the band" even when practicing at a very slow tempo.
The tempos available are 50%, 75%, 90%, 100% and 105% (110% on earlier videos) - for getting that extra confidence for the original tempo.
SHRED TRAX backing track packs can also be used to record your own cover of the song, practice mixing, make backing tracks for live use - or pretty much what ever you can think of!

Hearing more bass on live videos or these types of videos really makes me appreciate more Henkka's work. He's not all over the place, give good rhythm and lets himself go occasionally.
Yeah, there are some really cool bass licks underneath all the guitar tracks that I hadn’t noticed before I started making these :)
The bass is so underrated in metal music overall, Henkka is a one hell of a basist🤘
