The city probably doesn’t have the money. It doesn’t look like a particularly wealthy place. Many historical areas of the city are being restored only now after the war ended in 1975. Onwards and upwards.

I was alarmed to see the young man who works with you wearing open toed sandals and not boots or shoes which I would have thought would have been safer whilst working with sharp tools. A good job done though.
@@CleanupMowingit doesn't matter what he wants as You are responsible for teaching him the right way of doing things with safety. You should buy him alla the necessary PPEs and ensure that in the next video is properly protected
@@mindyedwards7576 In all the previous videos he has worn shoes, I would have thought for safety's sake shoes would be essential with so many sharp tools being used. Also the gentleman had previously been bitten on the hand by a snake, fortunately he had been wearing gloves and so was unnharmed. Apparently snakes can be found frequently in undergrowth in Vietnam, that is why you see them beating the undergrowth before they start work.
