    Tried it for first time, lighter flew out of my hands through the window hitting a cat off the fence, piercing through a passing bird and causing a five car accident killing a guy in a wheelchair, two kids, and a father.

    Sadly most zippo tricks are not recommended unless you really want to test the lifetime warranty. You will damage the hinges, so don't do it with a zippo you really like

    HELPFUL TIP ON THIS TRICK!!!
    on the inside cartridge of your zippo stamped are the words " for best results" place the shell half way between the letters (pull the inside piece up a 1/16 inch...ish) idk why but it makes it easier to snap open. hope this helps

    Mine has a glossed finish on the casing.
    And with my last zippo also did have something go wrong.
    The wheel jammed, it didnt want to spin the correct way anymore.
    I never knew about the warranty though.

    Try using a smaller flint. (cylindrical stone under the wheel) You can cut them down with an exacto knife or just a pocket knife in general. Also You can get packs of new flints at a grocery or hardware store.

    Hey Jeff, I just got a zippo and was wondering what the two little dent type things on either side of the hinge are. Are they just there for aesthetics? It seems like there isnt any purpose for it. Thanks

  • @herambbarve
    @herambbarve 13 років тому

    @cutlerylover hey i have been looking at zippo tricks videos, yours and others', i noticed that almost every trick is done with the original zippo (regular size as opposed to the slim)
    i have noticed myself that regular zippo is better for tricks although i wouldnt say its not possible to do tricks with the slim
    i had a basic street chrome zippo but i lost it and i have two slim zippos now...
    anyways is this true that tricks are easier with the regular size zippo?
