Tamron you’re so right, trust your instincts! I was checking out a hotel in Phoenix Az and I had my service dog with me. We would take the back stairs because it was much easier for me to walk my dog. There was a homeless man who was sitting on the steps and I didn’t complain because I felt sorry for him and he would move because I had a big Weimaraner and it intimidated him. The day I was checking out I left my dog in the room while I was loading up my truck. I look up and saw the homeless man from the stairs in the front of the hotel and I thought why? I saw him take a rope out and test it and I said why there are people out here. I carry a revolver on myself at all time because it doesn’t jam but my mind said put the semi on the gurney because this is going to be quick. He started walking down the sidewalk and as soon as he got close to me he tried to rush me and I picked up my 380 with a round already in the chamber so fast it stopped him dead in his tracks. I promise he had only one more step to take before he met his maker but he did the smart thing and ran.
