6- don't jump for 1 to another relationship to forget ur ex or over come your pain. Try to find your own identity ur self.
7- have self respect.
8- don't leave your social circle for your relationship.

10- if your going through anxiety suicideble thoughts ur in depression and out of control go to doctor.

I have been in a hell like toxic relationship for 5 years but few months back I gathered all my courage and decided to walk out of it...and after that my ex started portraying me as a wrong person infront of the world just bcz I stopped accepting his toxicity...and now I realised that after a breakup no person will say ur goodness to the world, so it's actually fine if they portrait u as the evil one but it's upto us that how much we are letting those thoughts true about ourselves...it is actually very well said that breakup is very important to find ur worth and ur inner self...but I will accept that yes I still love that man even now but he's not worth of my pain...I hope I could be fine one day🤞🏻🤞🏻 it actually hurts to see that u are not being treated the way u deserve to be...and even i used to think that may be someday my love will change his behavior towards me but no I was wrong no one can change one's behavior....leave it i just now wish that every beautiful soul gets the love and respect which he/she deserves😊😊

What was the toxicity? You didn't mention that? Look if someone is talking bad about you in front of anyone that means you hurt him ..and secondly breakup is not a joke there must be huge reason for that.. could you please tell us the flaws because of that you left him.. if he is going against you infront of anyone that means he might be loving you or he might have a huge expectations from you otherwise he could not be doing thing after breakup or the breakup didn't effect them..
