😎 Question of the Day: Please practice making your own sentences showing the differences between Only and Just.
My example: Sorry I've posted only a few videos recently...I've just been really busy 😅.

Hi Raj ✨. Good sentences, but don't forget that English is a proper noun so it needs to be capitalized. Also, 'people' is the plural of person, and you should use the plural form after 'all'. I hope that helps 🤗. Thanks for sharing your just and only sentences 👍🏻.

      Interchangeably:
      - The killer said he had (only/just) argued with her.
      Just:
      - I can not believe he passed away, I saw him just around two hours.
      - I work just behind the factory.
      - I am sorry but he is not just good at chess, at least not enough to partake in the championship.
      Only:
      - The only thing that matters now as much as my education is be saved from what is coming

These are really a confusing pair of words . So , I avoid using them . This video is absolutely effective . I will be able to use these words correctly if I watch it a few times and get some points down in my notebook .
Your videos energise me , educate me and elevate me . The beginning part and the way you say " The question of the day " are wonderful , and I love that . ♥️🙏

Hi Jen, I just had a hart surgery 1,5 weeks ago on Friday. I was the only one that had to go to the south of the Netherlands to get my surgery without the use of a blood transfusion. It’s the only hospital that is specialized in surgeries without the use of blood. Last Thursday I just arrived home from the hospital. The only thing I have to do is to rehabilitate. I wish it would just take a short period of time, but unfortunately it will take several months to recover from that four times bypass operation.
However, it will speed things up to move towards Canada 🇨🇦. It will just take a couple of months to sell our house and to emigrate towards Ottawa Canada. I’m glad I just saw this video.
Thank you Jen, and give my best regards to your husband.

Hi Jafeth 🌻. Wow, quadruple bypass surgery! I wish you all the best for a speedy recovery. I am glad that the operation went well and hope you'll be able to take it easy for awhile. Luckily, your wife is there to help you during your recuperation ❤️.
I appreciate you taking the time to watch this lesson and comment, although you are still on the road to recovery. It is great the way you explained your current situation while simultaneously answering Question of the Day using the words only and just ☺️.
      God Bless ✨.

I'm glad to get your newest lesson regardless of your hectic situation👍.
I've heard that your country's Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his government introduced legislation to
    outlaw all trade in handguns.
It's good to hear.I hope you live in safe as ever.
Let me get down to ‘ Question of the Day ’ .
    (different meaning)
① I just vacuumed the kitchen floor
    (a few minutes ago).
② I only vacuumed the kitchen floor
    (and I didn't vacuum the living room ) .

② Just two friends came to my birthday party.
③ We have just one grandson.

Here is a quick correction for you: "I just watched this useful video." When using 'just' to mean something that happened recently or a few mins ago, the verb that follows needs to be in the simple past because you're talking about a past completed action and describing when it happened. I hope that helps 🤗. I wish you all the best 🌸.

Hi JeN.I'm afraid I didn't use the expression ‘ hustle and bustle ’ accurately. They say the expression is used for the atmosphere of places. For instance,“ I want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city .” I don't think l should have used the expression for your busy situation.Excuse me,but please tell me how to use this expression properly.
Have a good one!Ikuo from Japan.

Hi Ikuo 🌞. No worries, I still understood what you meant 👍🏻. You're right though that hustle and bustle is for an atmosphere and used to describe lots of activity and noise happening in specific surroundings.
Your example sentence was perfect, "I want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city." Hustle and bustle usually has a sort of negative feeling and evokes a sense of loud chaos.
Another example sentence would be, "She tries to get to St. Lawrence Market early in the morning to avoid the hustle and bustle of the crowds in the afternoon."
In your previous comment , although the expression 'hustle and bustle' doesn't work, a good expression to use describe the fact that I am busy would be, "It seems you have a lot on your plate these days."
I hope that helps 🤗. Thanks for all your hard work studying English and for your nice comments 🤩.

I find your videos, teaching style, your gift and ability to communicate the message effectively, and the pace of your videos interesting and informative. However, I rarely see videos about advanced grammar points on your channel. There is not shortage of native-speaker teachers teaching everyday English on UA-cam, but I can hardly find native-speaker teachers who are dedicated to teaching high-level, advanced grammatical concepts to IELTS and TOEFL candidates for example. Ironically, the vast majority of the channels and videos teaching advanced, in some cases, super advanced grammar points, are made by non-native English speakers with horrible accents and poor fluency level. You may think it would be a niche audience, but in fact, it it not. millions of people around the world need to sit IELTS, TOEFL and the like to immigrate or continue their studies abroad whom you can reach out and make videos for.
