You got the tire size wrong on the ADV Honda. The rear is 13 inch . Front is 14 inch . Also the Honda only has abs on the front wheel .

You did not mention NmAx has Traction Control
The Nmax is more than 4 Mio IDR cheaper in Indonesia as the price was for the Honda without ABS. And it has dual channel ABS and traction control while the Honda has only ABS for the front wheel! (And only the 2024 Honda has now also Traction Control)
About your % calculation about cheaper or pricier you should calculate again... It is 1% difference, not 10%.

I am trying to decide between two scooters, The ADV and NMax, that I have here in Turkey to buy for my girlfriend in the Philippines. I am not sure which one would have better suspension for the roads in Batangas, but I think the Honda ADV 160 would be a good option. I have noticed that the NMX tends to bottom out on the front suspension easily even with small potholes.

That's true, but they are both road bikes. The added bonus for the ADV is it is more versatile.

Alam mo ba ibig sabihin ng adventure scooter? ADV naka design siya as dual sport. PCX pang cities lang yan. Kaya wag mo ipagyabang kung may top speed ka. Kung sa top speed ka pala nagbabase sa motor mo. Mag BigBike ka. Wag yang PCX mo na para kang tanga sa kalsada tignan. Yang PCX mo parang Jetskie ang porma pang Beach yan hindi sa highway. Hahaha
