I wonder what Rumble thinks about Rekieta's decision to alienate his most popular connections on UA-cam over trolling Eric July. Rekieta could've stayed neutral and come out of it okay, but someone else in his sphere becoming successful really bothered him, so he hitched his wagon to Dax and Vito. The other week, Friday Night Tights had Legal Mindset as their guest as a obvious middle finger to Rekieta.
So he lost those crossover fans, normie conservative fans, people who watch live trials, etc.over what, getting drunk and talking about weewees with Dax? Rumble didn't even have to pay him, he was getting fed up with UA-cam anyway. Rekieta robbed Rumble, he's not the same guy they signed. They're not even getting much from Rumble Rants because Rekieta doesn't pull in nearly what he did before the balldo arc.
I think Rekieta is the kind of person that benefitted from the boundaries he had to work under on UA-cam. Look what happened in his almost unmoderated Locals, it became a cesspit of degeneracy by his own admission. If Rumble re-signs him, they need too make his contract contingent on covering a few live trials. They'd probably get their money back because that would require some dedication and sobriety. I'm still waiting for his promised video series about becoming a successful streamer. Now I know why Ralph has such loyalty to Dax, because he will enable their harmful behavior no matter what. If rackets weren't a wet brained alky he'd cover the Disney shenanigans like Legal Mindset does and keep his lifeline to the G&G, FNT, etc. Communities.

What a lot of people don't realize is that the UA-cam "guidelines" for the most part keep people within the bounds of being a normie which means you're exposed to the largest audience possible instead of a niche audience like Nick's degenerate audience that he started pandering to. If Nick had the mask off from the beginning, his channel wouldn't have grown past 100k if not 60k.
I think Nick genuinely changed.but it's definitely possible that the fame and alcohol brought out his real Nick. For years he was mostly normal - dad, nerd, kinda religious, libertarian, occasionally made dirty jokes. You're right that if this current Nick started out, he wouldn't get anywhere. He's very much living off his reputation and past successes.
You gotta remember that Nick basically started/popularized the live trial commentary trend. That's where the majority of his subs came from, but again you're right that the current Nick wouldn't have had the discipline and hustle to do that. Him, The Completionist, and Illuminaughtii had a bad year, (although the demise of the latter two was more spectacular).@@kimbonice
