You are right sir. Pac wanted 20 million to fight Bud, but Arum did not want to pay him. Funny he gave Pac 20 mill + to fight Rios and Algieri. He did not want Bud facing Pac at that time, because he was scared of loosing his cash cow in Bud. He lost Bradley as his cash cow after Manny beat him 3 times. So it was too risky to loose Bud the same way. Dont forget Arum thought that Pac was on his last year of contract with him. So if I loose Bud and Pac dont sign a new contract with him he looses 2 cash cow.
