I can't believe he didn't like their first album much. I enjoyed how raw and different it was, just because they didn't know a ton about music doesn't mean it sucks. The songs all had good lyrics and were so loose, free form, and fun to listen to. The lack of structure and conformity to regular music was part of what made it good, and the majoriity of the album's music was still good IMO
