ENTER THE TIN MAN | Mountain Biking Tai Lam, Hong Kong

Continuing on from Tai Mo Shan, we rally the Tin Man descent, a trail project headed by HM and the Hong Kong Mountain Bike Association (HKMBA) work parties. Even as the day grows shorter, the stoke levels remain high as we drop further down to Tai Lam Reservoir for the ride back to Gold Coast (where we grab the first of our two dinners!).
*We visited under the invitation of HM Lim, a fellow Singaporean and purveyor of fine trails who is currently overseeing trail-building in the Hong Kong SAR. Our thanks goes out to HM as well as Nick Alexander from Cross Country HK for their guidance during our riding there.

Left a deep positive impression of HKG. OMG look at amount of sweat poured out of that guide's helmet :) Hero dirt... was that why tires were that grippy over loose dirt? Was the pivot's rider riding 29s? He corners well.
