Cheaters don't annoy and/or bother me in the slightest. Just leave and play next game. However it is the ones that not only cheat, but DDOS, Kick people and actively hunt certain players down making it unable for the other person to play.
Not sure if it's just coincidence but so many times this season I've knocked someone in duos and the second I do and push their teammate, my game goes from 0 to 100 loss instantly and I can't even get my gun out. Shit is so annoying. Also it kind of blows my mind that EAC can't auto detect some brand new account with nearly 100% accuracy across multiple matches.
I have gotten booted encountering these cheaters , I just encountered them and started lagging starting game and thats how I knew there is cheaters in the run Im starting, it was a path or horizon mainly

yea pc players for one, can play controller, and two yes pc controller players cheat, you can even make the game show you are using a roller while being on PC and it will show to you're team/enemies when spectating that you are on console, its a little steam command bug, it helps their aim look more like an AA beam if done correctly and is one of the methods used by closet cheaters to remain in the game longer, while cheats can be done on consoles, it requires you to modify the consoles hardware in order to do so, which is extremely rare to find the software and get the hardware and put it together than pc cheats hence why its not seen like ever, its far harder than jtagging xbox's a decade ago
