I was struggling with Bipolar/Manic, anxiety and depression disorder since I was 20. I remember this song saved me every single damn time. When I thought I was about to give up, this song would pop up on my playlist. Whenever I watch the music video it always felt like Birdy is singing to me and staring directly to my soul. I'm now 27 and now every time I listen to this, makes me cry. I am so thankful that I have found this song. And now post recovery, it makes me cry listening to this. Remembering all the times I had to struggle. I have recovered and I thank Birdy for it. This is truly a masterpiece, she doesn't know how many lives she saved with this song.

I first heard this song in 2016. I was recovering from a serious psychotic break. Today I read the translation and I understand everything now. My mother was helping me, she was and is the one who never let me down, the one who held me tight, the one who kept my head while I slowly came back to life. I am still lucky to have her near me. She held my head until I recovered. From here my public and infinite thanks to her. I feel totally identified with the song. Once again, Birdy does not disappoint.
