today was my last day of 9th grade. It was a living hell, its when i discovered my anxiety (Also i have adhd diagnosed since i was 3 so i will get into that in a bit) the hardest thing about also having adhd is that i can just laugh and someone will make a comment like, "oh thats why you need to be on youre adhd meds" and that pisses me off, everyone says " oh you dont have anxiety youre just a teenager" but isnt that why the anxiety started? i found the triplets online from one of matts anxiety posts and i knew right then i found my comfort people, thats also when my SH stopped, they have helped me through life.
This made me sob, only if I had people in person tell me this, they have helped me through so much. I wish I could tell them how much they mean to me and how much they helped, they saved my life and I will forever be grateful for them. They are my home and my safe spot, I feel so comfortable around them it’s unreal, it feels like they are my brothers, they are my brothers but they actually care about me. God I wish they knew I couldn’t be more grateful then I am for them, and keeping me alive.❤
