I've just purchased a new desktop with Win 11 on it, so tomorrow when I connect it all up will be my first real experience of using it. One thing that concerns me is I use Adobes Lightroom and Photoshop and these programs get downloaded and updated through a program called Adobe Creative Cloud. I hope Win 11 allows me to download that onto my PC, as you need it to access and keep updated Lightroom Classic, Photoshop and Bridge. Thats my only concern, other than that, I sort of prefer 11 and all the option over Win 10. Cheers Mo

The usual temperature in my kitchen is 69-70 F. I recently moved it to another room where the ambient temp is 79-80 and that is when I got a small rise but only one day.

I tried to run property’s on the widows folder to see how big it was, (How much Bloatware they added) I left it running after it passed 12 GIGABYTES! When I came back the screen had gone off because it took so long, when I got the screen woken up the property window closed. I might try again one day but honestly 12 Gig plus?
next up windows 12 pretty much windows 11 but more like windows 10 so there was nothing wrong with windows 10 i wish they would stop embarrassing the windows fans and making people learn something over and over again cause they just move it all around and then add more to the cpu so you have to keep buying more computers greed will never stop

The UK has claimed that due to the cyber war in the Euro area it needs to be in the national security interests to discontinue the use of windows 11 or other similar system on all hardware due to data protection and security legislation. The UK has learned from the Ukrainian war that it must build up defensive capability in a unstable worldwide environment. The UK claims over 300 alternative operating system which negates relience on operating system and harware which is control of third party states,criminal organisations, non friendly powers,or terrorist organisations. The chineese consider a windows eco system to be a national security threat and will be moving to linux by 2026. All hardware built in china will likely be not be compatable with windows after this date. Across Europe windows 11 is the death nail for windows as a company.
