I first heard this song when I was truck driving in the grind every day. Was working hard to have something. Two years out of a job. This song really touched my soul I connected with it as 20 years ago I used to be homeless it broke my heart. But today I am a landlord, have a lovely family and a corporate job. I read in the bible that all things in life are possible and also realised that God is true He never lies to you. Take his word as your truth even if everything around you says no just simply in your heart and mind accept God’s yes and you will be ok for real. Old man Saxon thanks for posting bro. I’m a black man and live in the UK. Much love bro😀
Damn man, I randomly saw this song suggested years ago on Reddit and used to bump it daily, fast forward 6-7 years and it pops up in my UA-cam feed. God is good, such a dope track
Bruh I love this tune. This is some real shit. I can't relate to being homeless but I was almost there. I know what it's like to look up at the constellations and wonder, knowing most of my "friends" didn't give a shit. All I wanted to do was just go home, being out there all alone. It was a tough time but it made me stronger. This is a straight banger but a simple tune with a great message. It's so refreshing to see someone rap about something that most people can relate to. Not about popping bottles, surround by "beautiful" women, rented and leased cars, fake outrageous sunglasses, large cliques of "friends" and stacks of money that isn't yours. This is real. I came across this on WSHH and read some of the comments. Been bumping it all day. Glad to hear you're not homeless anymore. God had a plan for you and you saw it through. I won't lie I teared up a bit watching the video for the first time because you remind of a guy I would have hung out with in college. Grace and Blessings to you Brother. Excellent job. Keep doing what you're doing. You got it Bruh.

Rhyme and flow showed me you and I’m so glad it did 🔥🔥🔥
I WAS ROOTING FOR YOU SINCE THE BEGINNING.
YOU ABSOLUTELY WON YOUR BATTLE DUDE. REALLY.
Daybelline Muñoz is he really better than D Smoke though ?? Nayyy
Have to agree 100% he won that round. The judges justified it by dsmokes performance overall. Saxons digs dug way deeper imo he won that
@@gambinosama yea he is
Jesus Danies D Smoke more talented
GucciHitEmUp thank you!
Quite a story, smooth as hell. Was pleasantly surprised, didn't expect it to be so relaxing and sophisticated. Hope you're holding up strong, Old man Saxon.
MUCH love!!
Man I really wanted to see you go further in the show. Really talented
nobody:

i feel like i owe you an apology mahn
this is music mahn
madd heat
This is real hip-hop. Talented, articulate, intelligent lyrics with rhyme and flow with an amazing beat/sample holding everything together. This is what should be huge. Not Soundcloud rappers.

Hell yeah friend. I appreciate this and glad its still being played
You’re an insane artist, 3 people’s opinion didn’t stop you, where for most people it would, real inspiration.
I love how everyone has a platform and are using it to up themselves. Shout out to everyone who got on Rhythm and Flow x
This man is a LEGEND!! Everyone and I mean EVERYONE will know who he is
Old Man Saxon, we just can't stop listening to your great song. We send you love from Mexico. Mum and I were very sad you went out of the competition, but man you're so damn good. Our favourite of the show. Blessings! ❤
Thank you friend!!
Saxon, this song gets me through some tough days. Your music can really help people. Keep doing what you're doing man!
I love him
I fell In love with him the first day on the show I pray he makes it big he truly deserves it his flow his lyrics all REAL I’m rooting for youuuuu 😭🥳 raw talent
been listening to this two days straight, this whole Christmas rush made me feel drained, and, ironically, your song helps me slow down and enjoy the fresh winter here. thank you, old man, you keep me up
I was homeless in Virginia Beach for a year and seven months. This is the anthem of our lives. Peace Respect Love from the heart.
Wow - Big city blues with a soulful sax. Imagery that sticks (like those early AM shots seen while wondering if/how you'll get through the day). OMS scores - again.
With the first scene for som reason i expected a Paak Anderson type voice. Instead i was given the smooth voice and raps of what sounds like Earl Sweatshirt. Glad this got suggested!
Dat boy said mind BLOWN LIKE KENNEDY 🔥🔥🔥
Thank you Old Man Saxon for showing me that life is worth living no matter the situation.!! You'll get your flowers inshallah. God bless and keep looking up because the sun will shine on you. Blessings from Canada 🇨🇦 🙏
Oh, man, that saxophone gives it such a fine vibe.
UA-cam has been reccomending me some good shit today
Wtf me too :)
Saw him at hiero day 2018. Big fan now. Dude is sooooo real. He came onto stage in a 2 piece Burgundy suit. Best set ever!
I'm from South Africa and Old man Saxon has to be the greatest rapper I've ever heard. Despite people sleeping on him. He truly is the best for me.
Yo i appreciate this so much. The fact that im anybodies favorite rapper is crazy to me
Certainly wish you'd release tracks a lot more frequently though. Nonetheless. All the best.
The flow is like a leaf that gently fell down and landed in a stream bouncing bank from bank going down until its dumped off into the lake
I listened to this song several times. Replay all day long.
Living this life currently. Beautiful song.
Saxon is a winner in his own rights!!! Let him jump on another series he'll win that for sure! What were they thinking putting D smoke and you together. I was all the way out my feelings when they done that! Saxon... I adore you, keep shining as the super bright star you are! ♥️🙌
Def my favorite on the show, so disappointed you didn’t win🥺🖤
it's all good.
@@oldmansaxon1 Yea cause you're about to get signed anyway. They slept on you in the competition but were not out here .. Can't wait to hear more
The first verse of this is maybe my all time favorite rap verse. The lyrics, the flow, the jazzy beat, everything about it is fantastic
Thats super dope man. I really appreciate that
Just finished rhythm flow, love this song! If the judged didnt put u up against D smoke, fo sho u would be in the finale. Much love bro, keep making music. Love from the Philippines!
Thank you friend
Same, his performance was everything‼️💯
Live in my car too.. hardest part is a bathroom. I didnt realize how took for granted that was. Love the project Saxon🙌. Consider me a fan
I'm showing everybody I know this song. I'm gonna post it everywhere in hopes it helps blow it up. This was gold.
Honestly made me tear up
And props to whoever produced that beat, i wish we had more jazz like vibes in hip hop today
ThiefofBahgdad on the beat
This is something else man. On a different level of good. I’m a few years late. Thank you
This dude had a better production and verse than many big artists . UNDERRATED.was worthy enough to win that goddamn show .
