They were sort of too good for the biggest masses but they certainly deserved better than seeing other retro bands getting huge over something thet played a big part in creating while they themselves stayed obscure. I think had they come through in New York or London it would have happened. It's sadly not as easy as just being great. Power and influence matters.
@@beeswaxlikeYou are certainly right in what you say, but in my opinion, life is always about feelings, what you like, what you love, what you don't like and what you hate. I think it's very special emotions that are addressed by the copters' songs....naturally, people are controllable, and you have to ask yourself the question, why do many people like absolute garbage (garbage, that's always in the eye of the beholder, be it technical or the content)? if it's not garbage, who judges what is garbage? Don't get me wrong, I also think the copters deserve much "more", but whether it's because of London or NY, I don't think so, maybe the promo that would come out of it .... maybe. I still think that the emotions, the feeling that is aroused by the songs are just not "suitable for the masses". Anyway, the people it touches, I think for them it's indescribable....
