Teal is a refreshing color combination. I think the color white makes the color look chalky like and lose its refreshing quality. Just blue and yellow combinations could be used to keep it more vibrant and refreshing.
I love colour teal and would like to dye my turquoise wool c jacket to teal. What fabric dye will be the best to bring it closest to teal or cyan colour?
Cyan is a good choice. Most dye is yellow, magenta, and cyan… and clothes are easily “stained”. If I were you, I would practice on some sample fabrics and then duplicate my best effort!

Can i change ultramarine with phtalo blue?
Phtalo blue is a little darker than ultramarine blue so you may need some yellow or white added at the end. Try it and let me know how it works out!

White is important in color mixing. You won't be able to get the results you want without it.
