Natasha PLEASE RECORD CARMILLA AS AN AUDIO BOOK!!!!!!!!! KindaTV- we will buy recordings of Natasha reading the novella! Please please please record it and sell it to us!!!!!!!!!!!
Wonderful , articulate, rhythmic , hypnotic , soothing .. Natalia has an amazing voice.. she should definitely produce audio books.. especially Carmella
I don't know why but I can just imagine Elise still waiting for Natasha to be done with the book and the "ONE ETERNITY LATER" from SpongeBob appearing from the screen
I only started reading it yesterday whilst on holiday because I had no WiFi and I'm already up to chapter 6. Thoroughly enjoying it, Carm's a lot more loving and tender (so far).
Imagine Natasha and Elise making the whole book reading session, so we can see their reactions about the story... would be terrific! and also we get another video to replay time after time while we wait for more Carmilla to come!
Alex The Axolotl she's a classically trained singer. Diction (elocution- the art of pronunciation and articulation) is part of your courses. It's mostly so your singing can be understood, especially in a group ensemble, but it carries over into real life. I'm sure that's partly why she sounds so good
Alex The Axolotl Lol! Well, are you still singing? I can't sing at all, but my best friend majored in and got a master's degree in vocal performance. I heard about her courses all the time. :-)
claddagh143 I actually had to stop singing in a proper sense because of anxiety. I developed selective mutism and now I can't talk to one stranger let alone sing in front of hundreds. I miss it a lot though and I am always singing as I go about the house (and occasionally outside the house as well)
You did wonderful reading. I don't like to read out loud, especially in front of a group of people. I get so nervous. My anxiety goes through the roof. Love seeing that award too. So well deserved. Cannot wait for the Carmilla Movie. 💜
This is not what I expected, it's so much better than what I expected! You have a real calm and soft reading voice, I felt so chill watching/listening to this, can't wait for more :)
Yes please read more of Carmilla!! I've already read it and have annotated all the lesbian subtext but id love to hear you read more of it. Also when you get to the Laura/Carmilla interactions you should have Elise read Laura's parts and you look at each other dramatically.
Cant wait to hear Natasha reading one of my favorite Carmilla's lines in the novella: "Dearest, your little heart is wounded; think me not cruel because I obey the irresistible law of my strength and weakness; if your dear heart is wounded, my wild heart bleeds with yours." ❤ ❤❤ I always die when I read those lines even though it continues with Carmilla practically admitting that she can't help but kill Laura because of the cruelty of her nature :'(
Bianca ...did u already read the book....is there happy ending for laura and carm in this book. Plz tell me... I want to read it but if something happens to one of them....I can't handle. In wiki something says like that that's why. Thank you
@@mabegarciaciacia umm.. thanks friend.. I downloaded that and read few pages.. and I got info about carmilla dying.. so I stopped it.. So laura dies too??
Chinnu Shaik sorry! I’ve just read this comment! :( as Lucy says, Carmilla dies at the end. The Novella was written in the 1800s. If even today we still struggle to find stories with lesbian characters that aren’t getting killed, just imagine during that time period 🥴
I thought it was gonna be a like really crazy confession but come oon we knew this already, Elise and Natasha both said it like five times in Interviews. Anyways, Natasha looks *so* pretty and I would like her to read books out to me at night thank you.
Natasha & KindaTV PLEASE continue these videos and give us the entire novella! It has been my favorite vampire story for years and years and nothing is better than Nat reading it aloud!
I would literally listen to Natasha read the whole book, her voice is so soothing. It would be so cool if they did some kind of long live stream with Elise and Natasha where it is just them taking turns reading and talking about the book!
I just bought this book over the weekend, and now I've got Natasha as an audiobook. Right on. Would be very interested in hearing you read more chapters, Ms. Negovanlis.
Who in their right mind would say no to having Natasha read to them!?? This is the bedtime story I've always wanted. If she does every chapter i'm gonna need someone to take all the audio of each chapter and put it in one video so I can play it through all the way before bed. P.S. I couldn't not look at her mouth while she was talking and it sounds really weird but the way she talks drags me in and i'm so so focused on it. I had to keep making sure I was listening before I got in too much of a trance watching this.
ok first, I loved the video. Nat narrates pretty well. Second, I saw a dynamic the other day where the actors talks with their characters. Like how would the character answer to the actor's personality. I think it was cool and I would like to see the Carmilla cast do it. It would be so fun to see Nat talking with Carmilla lol.
As a fan of the book before the series adapted it into something empowering and modern, I think fans of the series who haven't read the book are missing out. It makes you appreciate what the series has accomplished even more. So I'm definitely down for more story time!
I UNDERSTAND the "fear " of reading out loud Natasha.....but quite frankly, as an actress, you are quite disciplined and extremely talented, and I'm not saying that as a fan but as a producer/director. Now, Let me put my hat on of multi years writing and [ahem] even more decades of reading aloud in my family of ever so disciplined teachers....🤤and simply say....EXCELLENT! Amazing diction, poise, even the few words that you were unsure of....you handled gracefully. I honestly must say, I giggled before at the Audrey Hepburn comparison....but now, you've won me over. Hands down. Well done!!! Well done. We'll seriously consider you for some of our films when we're ready to cast now in the future.... [If we can afford you, of course]🤔🤣 you have a BRIGHT & promising career.
This was excellent! I haven't read the novella yet either so Natasha reading it to the internet is a brilliant idea. Please continue, although I think I'm gonna go out and get it so I can read along with
Carmilla is one of my favorite novellas, but you are more than forgiven Natasha. Also, yes please! Your voice and flowery Victorian verse are a delightful combination.
Natasha I would LOVE for you to read more (maybe all) of Carmilla for us! I've read it before by audiobook and your voice is so much better, I'd love to listen to the whole novella from you :) also love your little side reactions as you read!
I’ve watched this several times and enjoy Natasha reading this so much. So calming and well pronounced. I love the little bits she throws in. These two are my favourite bits. “Well that’s kinda rude.” “Man that is a run on sentence!”
Natasha, hearing you read the original novella is so beautiful. I am currently reading it myself and I love it! I feel like you are reading to us like you did for Elle and do for Laura. It's soothing really, hearing you read to us. You should soooo do more!!♥️Keep it kinda classy, Nat!
loved this. I swear you're voice is hypnotic, it might just be the accent but I couldn't stop listening. I also love the way you say England. thank you for this and please keep reading the novella.P.S: I only have one criticism; because I'm a book nerd I literally can't stand people that bend books back at the spine. sorry to be annoying but it really gets to me. otherwise it was perfect.
I read the book some years ago and used it for a university essay I did on Vampires. I didn't like it that much because there isn't a lot going on between Laura and Carmilla (but I am proud this book was written before Dracula and has female protagonists) 😁
I'm crying rn. I too, have adhd. and to hear this amazing actress who portrays a broody lesbian Vampire who has been my role model probably also has it- It's really inspiring. #representationmatters
Hell yeah I would love to hear you read more of the novella, or any book really because your voice is very calming and I really liked this video. Thank you for taking the time to create this content xx
I love this book! I got a quote from it tattooed on the inside of my arm. Everyone who reads it thinks I am deep and philosophical. I don't tell them it's because I'm gay af.
Yes, please do read the rest! It's been so long since someone wanted to read a story for me. I really loved hearing stories. We had a particular lady we called the "The Storyteller" come to our elementary school every now and then, and she told these mysterious tales with a very whimsical voice and I enjoyed every second of it. I really miss it. :'(
If Natasha narrated books I'd buy them all tbh.
I WAS JUST THINKING THIS.
also, if carmilla did audiobooks the entire fandom would die
If Elise Bauman narrated this book, I would definitely buy that!!!! #ELISEisLIFE
Alicia Schreiner .. yessss !!!
Alicia Schreiner her voice is so soothing
OMG Yes~ An audio book please~
I'm not going to lie i thought she had to confess something way, way worse AND YES NATASHA YOU ARE MY FAVORITE BROODY LESBIAN VAMPIRE
Ahah, I thought she was going to confess exactly that. He he he.
Anyone else just staring at Natasha and then realizing you haven't really heard half of what was said? Just me?
Same
sAme
Happens all the time...
Yep and then I rewind to hear what she said, but the same thing happens again...
Yup constantly
You guys should do a video with Elise reading Laura's pov of the novela and Nat reading Carmilla's lines
Mirella Dedomenici omg yes that would be great!
PLEASE
Omg that would be awesome!!
80% Elise and 20% Natasha 😅
Jason D. Yeaah, at least we already got a 13 minutes video of Nat reading a good part of it
I literally just can't stop looking at Natasha's eyebrows every sec, it's so on fleek.
IAmVeryNice vernice i see you sista 👀
Amanda M HAHAHA OMG you see me everywhere huh? 😂
IAmVeryNice hahaha yes i do 😂 this just shows our love for Carmilla and Natasha that we clicked the so fast 😂😂
IAmVeryNice her brows always on point
IAmVeryNice I know right! How does she keep it that way? Its almost criminal! Haha
Natasha PLEASE RECORD CARMILLA AS AN AUDIO BOOK!!!!!!!!! KindaTV- we will buy recordings of Natasha reading the novella! Please please please record it and sell it to us!!!!!!!!!!!
brunnhilda1023 omg yes i agreeeeee
Hear Natasha's voice for 13 minutes? That's a blessing.
*Sleeping is my life*
*but*
*Natasha is lifer.*
I'd watch the hell out of a series of Natasha reading this chapter by chapter. Especially with her hilarious commentary throughout 😊
I keep staring at the CSA award and can't stop smiling like an idiot.
Same here!
*stays up till 1am to watch my favourite broody lesbian vampire*
Oh hello fellow Aussie!
There are at least a few of us :)
aussie !!!!!!!
By staying up at till that time, do mean by binge watching the whole series again? Cause same only it normally ends up at 2 or 3
You know you're an Aussie creampuff when you have an alarm set at 1am every Thursday morning .
Wonderful , articulate, rhythmic , hypnotic , soothing

Stephany Delsas lool😂
I could listened to Natasha read for 300 hundred years.
I never read it either omg. Natasha is righting my wrongs. Natasha was there when no one else was.
Kenzie RMC can relate ;D
I only started reading it yesterday whilst on holiday because I had no WiFi and I'm already up to chapter 6. Thoroughly enjoying it, Carm's a lot more loving and tender (so far).
Honestly her voice is the most calming, relaxing, satisfying and soothing thing to listen to. This video was mesmerizing.
Imagine Natasha and Elise making the whole book reading session, so we can see their reactions about the story... would be terrific! and also we get another video to replay time after time while we wait for more Carmilla to come!
Has Natasha had talking/pronunciation lessons? She speaks so clearly and enunciates every syllable with crisp sounds.
Alex The Axolotl she's a classically trained singer. Diction (elocution- the art of pronunciation and articulation) is part of your courses. It's mostly so your singing can be understood, especially in a group ensemble, but it carries over into real life. I'm sure that's partly why she sounds so good
claddagh143 yeah, that makes sense. You'd think I'd know that, I was classically trained as well (oops)
Alex The Axolotl Lol! Well, are you still singing? I can't sing at all, but my best friend majored in and got a master's degree in vocal performance. I heard about her courses all the time. :-)

claddagh143 also I'm 16 so I am not quite old enough to study at a university level
Natasha should make audiobooks cause omg I could listen to her reading to me all day all night
Can we just talk about how soothing Nat's voice is? Like I want her to read all the time.
You did wonderful reading. I don't like to read out loud, especially in front of a group of people. I get so nervous. My anxiety goes through the roof. Love seeing that award too. So well deserved. Cannot wait for the Carmilla Movie. 💜

Only carm dies, it's written in the non-sparkly, non- sympathetic vampire era so Carmilla's just an evil vampire who preys and seduces young girls.
