I was recently in Toronto (I'm American, so I may have been misinformed) but my tour guide took us through a similar looking neighborhood and said the houses there are millions of dollars.
yes, houses in toronto are expensive, but in the suburbs they are not nearly as much. His house is in the suburbs.

Seeing season 3 & 4, I fell in *LOVE* with Saad and how mysterious he seemed, but then we saw just how much if an artistic and sweet person he really is. Now seeing this, I see that Parham is the exact *opposite* of his character in Degrassi, with how outgoing and a comedic person he is. Plus I love how diverse and unique he is as a person, it just makes me adore and appreciate him even more.
