Here the spring has come for real. Snow is quickly melting away, birds are returning. A wonderful time for outdoor life! Thanks for your support and helping building this channel to what it is! All the best!
I love these really light, simple camping outings. When I was younger (like 30yrs ago) it was unheard of to go out with out the heaviest pack you could imagine. It's so much easier to get to beautiful places with minimalist gear, and it's really all you need for a day or two. But you gotta bring a shovel so you can make a hole for the fire and yourself, when possible. It's so much nicer to sit in the hole with the fire, and not looking down into it....unless you're just doing it to not scorch the earth.
I made my own spring overnight trip to national park (in South-West Finland) few days ago. I slept under a tarp. It was magical wake up in the night and see full moon and the stars. There is still some snow and ice left and winter lingering in the shadows, but first spring flowers are blooming and all the migrating birds coming back!
Morning coffe, holy moment :) Full moon, fire and coffe.. Mr. Normark As we live, you also live the best side of the life going to the nature. Excellent film. Thank you sharing this films😊
I won't go camping like this because there are two of the most poisonous snakes in the world where I live. However, I have been camping before and it is great to watch someone camping on video to remind me how great that experience was. Thanks
I love all your videos....every location you choose....i can soooo feeel the freshness of it..i see you capture the sounds very carefully. Absolutely love its simplicity
Not gonna lie, slighlty in love with you. But really, moved to Northern Norway last year from a hot desert country, trying my best to catch up to winter camping and outdoors techniques. Haven't had an overnight outdoors for about half a year and it's making me sad. Thank you for bringing serinity and nature into our homes.
Stripped down to pure life and livingness . Ive been on an excursion taking in a whole host of others of this ilk. I feel like ive come home. Nothing else needed. And i realised why. You do what i do. And never say more than you have to.😎
i am following you for a while now and all i can say is that you always amaze me with your skill for the visual storytelling, i can fell myself as i am there. also big up for not adding the music in videos, just sfx is fine. very good work an thank you :)
Hello Erik, thank you for sharing another beautifully filmed video. Your videos are always appreciated. They are very relaxing. Always the best to you. 🤗
Superbly filmed as always good to see real outdoors video's getting the views. It's usually stay at home gear vids that most people watch. ATB for the rest of the year.
It's already springy where you're camping. It's great to spend a night in a sleeping bag without a tent. Camping alone in the night forest is not something anyone can do. I think you're enjoying all of this. That's really cool. Erik.
Hi Erik! Again, it giving this so de-stressing and nicely calming and peaceful feeling, for the soul, only listening to the excellent sounds, and to able to almost kind of sitting there with you, and listen to the sound when the tree and fire flames are burning and the boreal owl is sounding, and heard from within the forest in the springtime, all the moment, during the "blue hour" and then the beautiful twilight is shading all the surroundings, into the silent still night time, and only your cozy warm flickering fire is giving the warmth and beautiful living flames lightning up the nearby area where you are sitting! Big THANK to you again dear Erik! A great and wonderful video you are giving us your many admirers and subscribers! Wishing you all the Best! and "Glad Påsk!" to you!
I'm always so scared of bears and other predators in the wilderness. How can he be so comfortable with sleeping directly under the stars? It''s so incredible
simple is best....... love camping this way.......also love that when you walk away from the campsite it looks pretty much like it did before you got there.....thanks,peace,pj
I appreciate the work that goes into these videos, having spent many winters in Norway I know the sort of conditions you endure. But could you please make these vids longer....about 50 minutes longer. I’ve found my new Tinnitus night therapy. Many thanks Erik 💪
Erik... as always great vid!!! However your ability to pic the view, allow for the exposure, edit all of this tape (data), Oh and marry up this fabulous sound track... think maybe it’s not just the camera. :-)
Erik, I'm really enjoying your videos. I thought that moon shot through the pine tree and starry sky was simply amazing! You have a great eye for photography. What time is the sun setting up there now? I'm sure it was quite late. In Michigan where I live it's setting well after 8:00 PM local time now. Thanks for sharing your adventures! *thumbs up* :)

Jon Basquille Most Tinnitus is caused by food additives + meds. Eat clean. And drink lots of water.
Best part, no bugs. 👍

La même nuit, j'étais dans mon hamac sous la lune, au fond de la forêt de Rambouillet.
