- A couple created a scene at Mumbai airport when they arrived late for boarding an Indigo flight. A viral video shared on the Twitter handle "Ghar Ke Kalesh" captured the altercation between the couple and airline staff. The couple, accompanied by a child, directed insults and abuse at the IndiGo staff after being offloaded. The incident took place at boarding gate number 50, with unclear details from the clip. It remains unknown whether the couple eventually boarded the flight or were further offloaded.

They should get a private plane if they can't come to airport on time. If they can't afford a private plane then they should come to airport on time quietly.

Worst airline in the world. I got my visa issued in australia with no requirement for one year tourist visa.Yet indigo fleeced me to buy return ticket or don't fly attitude. Unfriendly staff inflexible too
Cannot be judgmental on the basis of a small video clip without knowing larger picture. But regardless, such uncivilised behavior and yelling is totally unacceptable.

Indigo staff is unruly, and noncooperative staff, I had a very bad incident with them and reported the same, they shouted at my wife when we were requesting the details for baggage transfer, it is mainly because DDCA and government bodies were useless and closed their eyes from misbehavior of airlines staff,

It's not couple , indigo cheating customers I also had the same issue. their flight takes off almost 30 min early , I paid 2500 extra to travel by next flight
All airlines give time 3 hour early to come on airport please follow the rules

Mumbaikars are more cool and come to airport on time. Dilliwaalon ko hota hai apni tadi dikhane ki aadat.

Indigo staff very unruly, and non cooperative staff. Many a times instead of helping the passenger, they would just deny the service.I was once denied boarding, just becuase I arrived one minute after check in closes.

Try to be on time. Indians always like bending rules here but when they go to US, gulf or Europe they always fall in line.

Added to my previous comment...other airlines not asking for return ticket which is the purview of Indian visa issuer not the airlines. Indigo stinks.Never fly with them!
