This is one of my favorite song of all time! It is hunting and thought provoking. It needs great skills and deep understanding of life to master that. No wonder Zhou Shen wasn’t able to sing it well 5years ago while he was trying to include it in his album. His experience in the past few years and the ever improving singing techniques made it possible for him to get this song done perfectly. I have to admire him for not giving up on this song. Love it!

I can't tell how much I love this song. I might have listened it hundreds of times. When he is singing, I forget everything. This song is #1 on my playlist. I had a similar reaction to Charlie's song when I first heard it...I thought it was haunting, don't know why. But whatever he did, he did a wonderful job with that song. And in the Ace vs Ace video, you exhibited tremendous self-control, since you probably guessed what was next in the video. 😂😂

My top 1 favourite song of Zhou Shen. Just love the way how he handled this deep dark song, the feeling of regrets, sadness, loneliness screaming from within. A unique song based on a true story of a will left to his child. There were changes of some words, instead of the original 我（I）changed to 你（you) and seemed like a conversation between the parent and the child. Such a stunning performance. What do you mean a true story? Nah, the theory that it's a child/parent song is just a theory, one of many possibilities. There're many ways to analyze it and look at it. The meaning ISN'T clear, it's vague on purpose.

Ahh, now you understand why we were pestering you to react to this! It's brilliant.
This was actually the first performance I saw from him! And I was left with the impression that this was the kind of music he does. Dark, mysterious, a bit sexy and a bit creepy. Imagine my surprise when it turned out he mostly does ballads. ;_; Don't get me wrong, I love the ballads he does, but rock music is more my style. So when he does a powerful song like this I like it the most.
That show!! The whole Ace vs Ace episode is subbed, you should totally watch it, it's hilarious. There's a skit where Hua Hua and Shen Shen act as brothers. And both sing in the episode (Zhou Shen a duet with Sa Dingding, which is BRILLIANT, you should check it out).
