Video says international weight limit for carryon is 15 lbs - it’s actually (probably) 15 kilo. That’s what it was on my recent intl flight. Big difference, but yeah weight of the suitcase matters.

On Emirates the carry on allowance for economy is 15 pounds or 7 kilos. It’s always important to check the allowances as they vary by airline.
