Love the new raw style of your videos Jason. Thanks for all of the time and effort you go to in putting these together. Can't wait to explore Hoi An with you in the next one!
Funny you mention the raw style. What I like about your vids is that it feels very much a 1 on 1 presentation of the place you are visiting and not letting vloggers ego or fancy editing skills get in the way too much. I think the best vids are where you don't even notice anything other then the content and all the technicall stuff is there to serve to content/story, not to be noticed by it self. You have a very nice and calm manner and also a real interest in the place where you are. Keep up the good work!
I was going to comment then read you comment and agree with everything you say. So many UA-camrs are getting caught in a trap which I am finding increasingly irritating particularly with the fancy transitions, graphics and music. They all choose the same style and it drives me nuts. This video is a pleasure to watch. It really is!
Great video! Amazing shots, so many beautiful colors. I really enjoy your videos, they are really helping me plan my trip to SE Asia. Love the raw style. Keep up the great work and stay safe 👍👍👍
Thank you Jason for your video! Really enjoyed watching. I like all the information you present; it's great to learn so much from your videos. Hi Jason, I love your raw videos, I much prefer it over what bigger youtubers are doing now, I’d rather watch this than constant drone footage. I’m hoping to go to vietnam in August!
Lovely video , my wife and I are thinking of going here for my 50th in 2 yrs time as we love a beach holiday but also like shops restaurants bars etc and their is a lot of places to visit . I guess you can highly recommend it 👍 great channel and now subscribed
Hey Jason, I only started watching your videos yesterday but they're really, really good. I like binge watching Vietnam travel videos to make the time go quicker... 30 days and counting until I'm in Vietnam for a month. Thanks for being so transparent with the prices of things, its really shown me what to expect.
Jason - great video. You captured Danang very well - the clean city that is developing in a smart way (relative to other cities). I like the way that the last couple of your videos have changed into raw videos letting your video footage and narration bring the viewer into the scene. In contrast to other travel vlogs that play a lot of unrelated, distracting club music that takes away from the video, your videos are much more pleasant and professional. Congratulations and keep up the good work. No wonder you have many subscribers and soon you will have more than 100,000 subscribers. Happy traveling.
You are welcome. In Viet Nam especially (and other places at well) it is good to simply hear the narration, the beeps of the motor scooters or bells on bicycles or street vendors and people talking in the background. Sometimes quiet authentic, traditional, indigenous music in the background works too (dan bau, dan trang, bamboo flute, etc.). Look forward to more cool videos of Viet Nam, Cambodia, and Laos. Drink lots of water.
