2b2t griefers aren't just casual griefers, they're just as dedicated as the builders.
I'm sure that if you tried to build a perfect artistic recreation of what a griefed build looks like in 2b2t, there would be a griefer group dedicated enough to create something beautiful there, just to properly destroy the original intention.

It’s unfortunate that griefers feel they need to destroy everything, especially stuff that relates to the server’s past.
But, that is a part of what 2b2t is.....

Actually it’s not destroyed. I was at the event and logged out there. When I logged back in yesterday it was still there and fully intact. Griefers don’t just destroy shit for no reason. Usually shit gets destroyed because it’s owned by a group they rival. Plus it’s just some blocks, if you actually played the server you would understand most of the community doesn’t give a shit about the “history”.

It is simply the most important event in the history of 2b2t, without which Fit would probably not have 2 million subscribers, and 2b2t would already be down due to the small number of players. This War changed the face of the server forever.

lmao there has never been anything like it. at the time a war on a minecraft server was unprecedented. and it just felt special. we knew anything could happen. it was the most riveting mc content i have ever come across. i still remember when we first heard of fitmc. and i checked his videos and he had no actual speaking videos at that point. there was constant spying and it was just insane. noone had any idea what would happen. the vets really tried to exterminate the new players. well it turns out fit wanted the war. but at the time it was just so nuts. fit used to only upload videos of him killing nude newbs. just slaughtering 10s-20s of them at a time. he was burning bases everything. that war and how special it was is how every single large mc yter found out about 2b.

I came from the rusher era. First time I'm heavily being hit by nostalgia. You and rusher gave me a very very happy part of my life. I still remember stealing my mom's phone to watch both you and rushers uploads. Running inside after I pushed mowed my entire giant ass property by hand because we used to be too broke to afford a self propelled mower lmao. Lots more memories linked to damn Minecraft UA-camrs, while the majority of my adolescence is a blur. I'm about to buy my first house. That's just a crazy thought. First time I cry in only god knows how long, it's while I'm basically talking to myself in UA-cam comments. Thank you for what you do if you even see this

This is so cool! Me and my friends actually had a war on our Minecraft world about 3 years ago. I went back to that world and made it a memorial.
The first videos I watched of Minecraft were of the Rusher War, they were how I found the channel and I’ve been here watching ever since. Crazy isn’t it, Fit that it has been 5 years.

the castle was very familiar. i didn't participated in the rusher war but it was so familiar, something about the topography. when you said dark souls it hit me. it is familiar because i have done an insane amount of pvp in that church. even the sen fortress gateway with the arrow trap. fantastic

I looked up TheCampingRusher. He left 2b2t after the war and ended his 1000+ episode Factions series some time later - he hasn't made a Minecraft video since October 2017. He's a dedicated Fortnite channel these days, and he's a few hundred thousand subs behind Fit. His most recent video with over 200,000 views came out six months ago - his initial view bursts usually don't crack 100K.
Living well is the best revenge, Fit. Speaking as someone who was a fan of Rusher when the war happened and watched his content quality decline afterwards: you got the better deal.
I still remember at least 2 time he relaunch his faction series. He quit both within two weeks. I remember telling people not to buy any ranks for his server with in first two weeks.
He sold his minecraft servers.
My theory of newbies having to pay to play is becoming even more true, buildings of the original players are appearing so the newbies know who's boss.
