The stories from the stalkers points of view are always eye opening. Like… this is an addiction to them, they lack empathy to see just how scary their behavior is, they mistake infatuation with love or they’re obsessed with control. I’m glad the guy is trying to get help, but he clearly has some deeper issues.
That dude gave me serious psychopath vibes. My best friends mom is a therapist for people like this, she always has empathy for them. As a victim of someone like this (relationship abuse, not stalking) I have no sympathy.
Well, I think I acted like a stalker at some point. in short, I was on a trip sitting in Starbucks and started a convo with a girl, she said she would like to invite me to hang out later at a restaurant with her and her pretty friend. I ended up going there, and that friend ended up liking me. We spent a night together, and she was saying how happy she was. The next day I left the city. A few days later I texted her, saying some romantic BS that I would have never said in real life. She was a bit surprised but ok with that. Then a few weeks later, I sent her a text gain, ( again stupid romantic stuff, and said that I will be visiting her city soon, she said ok ) When I arrived ( I went there to see her ) I texted, but she never replied, I texted her the next morning, but her interest dropped, I kept texting and even tried to call her. ( like a creep ) I didn't want to own her or follow her. Just regular dating stuff. A year later, I was visiting the city again and I texted her: "Hey our profile pictures finally look-alike" they actually did. She immediately read it but didn't reply, I tried a few times, but no response. After that, I kinda worked on my game, dated quite a few ppl, ( never did anything like that ) I decided not to follow her on Instagram, or FB, cuz I know no matter what, it will look very creepy now. This is probably the most embarrassing girl-related story I have. ( however I want to say that some guys probably have zero games and get very frustrated when someone doesn't reply, I had a few girls going nuts when I would stop replying ) also many guys aren't being themselves with girls they like, and it comes off a bit creepy ( when they are trying to be romantic or nice ( thanks to Disney )
Yeah, they are loonies. I steer clear from people like that. That guy might be getting some help but he's definitely the type who would off his wife if she asked for a divorce. When you spot those red flags, RUN!
I hate how they act like the person they’re stalking owes them an explanation or owes it to them to talk to them or just give them attention. They don’t owe u anything in fact u owe it to them to just leave them alone
Stalker guy I'm happy that@ least he's trying to get the help that he needs and acknowledges that he needs the help and is trying to stop him self from stalking others and probably making it worse. I hope he actually never gets back to stalking.
I've been stalked for 5 years by a neighbor and prior to that a coworker. it's disgusting and the police refuse to honor my restraining order. stalking is a HUGE problem and our legislation needs to make strict laws
Can't agree more. It startled me that on more than one occasion an Obsessive Persons Section even existed in some police forces. It's actually exciting to hear that some progress has happened in some places, but it's still got a long way to go. I hope that you're able to find a way to get away or keep this stalker away. I've not had anything as terrifying as your experience, but I did have a co-worker creep on and show beginning signs of stalker-like behavior before people around me were able to help me nip it. So I can at least empathize with how terrifying it is. Best wishes for you
@@PetalBugABoop thank you for your kind words I appreciate you taking the time to read my comment and reply. there has to be more awareness we can bring to this subject by having people tell their stories.
They are not going to help, because it suits their illicit purposes. I submit to you that at least one of your "stalkers," is so to speak, "on an officially deniable, perpetration assignment." You are possibly a "study subject, " easily targeted, and fun to work up with fear. Before you dismiss my assertion, carefully examine your history with both these stalkers, your complaints, any documentation and efforts you have made. Do a "bug sweep" anywhere you feel may be compromised. The rogue Cops delight in handing people off for abuse. No joke. Please take what I say to heart. It could save you the horrors I expererienced. I am Christian, and the most horrible thing is how I always believed the law enforcement folks were mainly good. No, they're not to my complete horror. Look at yourself & ask what it is that encourages their behaviour. I've never been stalked & I know exactly why. I'd like to suggest weapons training & martial arts training for self protection. When your stalker realizes you can protect yourself lethally, you will not be such an attractive target.
Wow! Story 5 is excellent. I would highly recommend it. We don't get to hear many accounts from the stalker's perspective. I really don't understand the stalker because, in part, I never wanted to "own" someone. For me breaking up was like, "ok so what is the next chapter?" The fixation part eludes me. I can't really understand that part. I guess the best coping part of life is being content with yourself mainly. In a philosophical sense, from our morality, we really never "own" anything. It’s definitely interesting but I honestly don’t see it as ‘inspiring’ and ‘brave.’ I see it as creepy. The creepiest one in this, because it’s so alien-like compared to how most of us view relationships and crushes. Maybe fairytales should never have focused on ‘love at first sight,’ if this is what it usually looks like.
The guy in story #5 is really strong for getting proffesional help for his/her problems and seeing the error of their ways. I'm glad to hear that they sought help and that it seems to be working for them. I wish them well towards their healing and managing of their illness. I have ptsd, anxiety, and depression, so I may not have the same illness as the person in Story 5, but I do have to work very hard to manage my issues with proffesional help, so I empathize with them. The narrator's feelings of "pretending to be a normal person" reminds me of myself because I have found myself throughout life feeling like I have to try my best to pretend I am a normal, healthy, non-traumatized and non-depressed/not anxious person in social settings, when in reality I don't always feel that way, and it can be really hard trying to pretend I'm not anxious or depressed when in real life, I am. Sometimes, the stimulation of being around all my triggers catches up to me and I find myself running away to a bathroom when I'm in a public setting so I can have some alone time to try to breathe and calm myself down, (or to throw up from my levels of anxiety in peace. That's how severe my anxiety is even with medication.) Sometimes I have even thrown up from fear in front of friends and on dates just due to fear. Imposter syndrome can make people healing even feel like they are an imposter in their healing so talking about it with a proffesional is always extremely reassuring and helpful. I hope the person in the story is doing better now and I'm glad they got help for their issues. I hope every person in all the stories in this video are doing better & are safe.
Story 5 😱 I’m a therapist myself, and I loved hearing the interventions he was doing with his own therapist e.g. writing the story, trying to see other perspectives. I would be pee-in-my-pants TERRIFIED to work with a client who’s a murderous stalker. I’d be afraid of them!
If you don’t mind, can I ask who your main clients are? Like do you work with everyone or just kids, elders? I’m not a therapist but have been on a mental health journey for years, it’s refreshing seeing therapists here! We need more therapists tbh
When I was younger, I followed an older man in his 50s to his home because he had some cute puppies and he said he has more at home... He actually had like 10 puppies and I got to play with them. Only years later had me wondering how am I still alive.
In regard to Story 5: It’s certainly interesting being able to hear a story from the perspective of the stalker. I truly do pity them, in a way. While I’ll never understand their need for possession (or violence, if they are denied), I do know what it’s like to confuse infatuation with love. This kind of behavior is a legitimate illness in some ways, and I wish this person the best as they work to correct these toxic behaviors.

Story #5 - I kind of commend the stalker in the story for sharing his experience BEING an obsessed stalker. I know it had to be extremely difficult for him to share his story. In the end he sought help from a professional and came to fully realize what he did and has managed to stop that behavior. We rarely get a glimpse into what’s going through a stalker’s mind.
I feel like in every stalker situation people always downplay it in the beginning they always say “he’s harmless” or “I didn’t think it was a big deal” and they didn’t wanna tell the police or anyone else because they feel like the stalker isn’t really doing anything illegal and they feel like they’re being overly dramatic but they don’t realize how serious and potentially dangerous the situation can be. That’s y u should always take it very seriously from the very beginning and tell ppl about it because if it turns out to be nothing that what harm would it do to tell ppl and if it does turn out to be serious then ppl know to look out for that person and try to help u or protect u

I ❤ THESE TRUE SCARY STALKER STORIES, THESE R MY FAVORITE STORIES, I CAN HEAR EM ALL DAY..SO KEEP EM COMING!!..AMANDA N SAUL LISTENING FROM SAN ANTONIO TX..LOVE THE CHANNEL TOO!!..
The story from the stalker's perspective was super fascinating and it is nice to hear that dude got help before he did anything irreversibly deplorable.
I reallllllly look forward to each and every new video if i fall asleep tonight to it I’ll most likely give it another listen to. I literally just finished the bumble one 🙏🏽bless
I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the “other side” of the story, being someone who understands MOST people like this, I would love more stories from this perspective.
I found it interesting that the person with stalker tendencies thought they were doing something amazing by giving their victim a doll that reminded her of her grandma but then didn't understand why the therapist thought it was sweet that the girl wanted the doll to be buried with her grandmother.
26:00 to the girl who said no and kept saying it. You should never feel guilty if this or any guy says/does kill them selves! You are not responsible for their life! I probably would have told him I didn’t believe him and then tell the school counselor. He’d be so busy, too busy to bother you. Live and learn ain’t it wonderful.
It's very interesting to listen to these stories. Psychology is my favorite subject in college so I kind a get intrigued with odd behaviours of various people. Especially the most sinister ones.
To story #2, sweetheart, no one is blaming you for feeling relief after he’s gone. Any woman OR man whose been through the same would not blame you. I, as a person who hasn’t been, don’t blame you. Now you can truly have a restart on your new life.
In reference to DJ story: I've had stress induced shingles repeatedly & it is so intensely painful, it can render you unconcious. I missed out on my whole freshman year of high school because of it. I now have permanent nerve damage.
As horrifying as it is hearing the stalkers side of the story is morbidly fascinating just hearing how they justify their actions is really scary yet interesting at the same time I’m glad that at least the stalker was getting therapy and help for what he did and not doing to to anyone else
Looking at someone's public picture history isn't stalking or obsessive. It's when you start disrupting the person's life that it becomes a problem. However, you have to ask yourself if you have the time to look at someone's entire picture back log what are you doing with your life lmao?
Stalkers are scary, yes. But I miss the stories about ghosts, demons, shadow people, etc. I suppose the more stories we hear, the more of a chance it will be about crazy people and not creepy stuff. I'm not complaining! I live for your videos, Joel! Much love!
Unfortunately, I am literally a less violent story 5 guy stalker, although the things I used to do were in some sense better and some sense worse, I have similar issues, I haven't done a stalker based thing all year, but got arrested in May for something that happened in October, I stopped these activities in December, maybe one day I'll write in, but my preliminary is on July 12th, so let's see what happens to me, my behavior has ruined my life, I was literally about to move 2 weeks later but nope, quite a shame.
I’m sure the people you stalked were way more hurt by your actions than you. What you got were consequences. What they got was a form of emotional abuse and trauma. It often takes longer to heal from trauma than it does to get through jail sentences (as opposed to prison, which comes with longer sentences), and probation, combined. It will change their ability to trust new people for a long time, if not permanently.
Where are you? I’m in Vegas and I was about to walk into the casino but I just got so caught up in these stories. I’m gonna have to go back home and take another shower. I have been sitting in my car and it’s 103 degrees right now. Lol.

I ❤ THESE TRUE SCARY STALKER STORIES, THESE R MY FAVORITE STORIES, I CAN HEAR EM ALL DAY..SO KEEP EM COMING!!..AMANDA N SAUL LISTENING FROM SAN ANTONIO TX..LOVE THE CHANNEL TOO!!..

Prefect time for bed. Thanks Joel
Yes.
The story from the stalker's perspective was super fascinating and it is nice to hear that dude got help before he did anything irreversibly deplorable.
Yessss it’s let’s read story time time 😂❤️❤️
I reallllllly look forward to each and every new video if i fall asleep tonight to it I’ll most likely give it another listen to. I literally just finished the bumble one 🙏🏽bless
You and MrNightmare are my two Favourite narrators
I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the “other side” of the story, being someone who understands MOST people like this, I would love more stories from this perspective.
That stalker story was great, interesting perspective
I love to listen to Let's Read anytime of the day.
I found it interesting that the person with stalker tendencies thought they were doing something amazing by giving their victim a doll that reminded her of her grandma but then didn't understand why the therapist thought it was sweet that the girl wanted the doll to be buried with her grandmother.
Watching this while I’m in bed I love your videos ❤️❤️
Thank you for the stories
I get so happy when a new upload arrives.
I just got out of jail doing a year and a day an I needed this fix I been listening for years and just wanna say thank you love your voice
The one from the stalkers pov scared me the most 😓😓 but at least they're getting proper help 👍👍
Omg loved this channel so far thanks for sharing too
Good morning gang
I love that DJ story, Mr. Lets Read…oh yeah, and the doll on the bed from the “Nanna”… I don't know, I probably liked them all. 😊
Love the video ready ❤️💙💙
This channel blows my mind 😇
These stalked stories are my absolute favorite 💕
26:00 to the girl who said no and kept saying it. You should never feel guilty if this or any guy says/does kill them selves! You are not responsible for their life! I probably would have told him I didn’t believe him and then tell the school counselor. He’d be so busy, too busy to bother you. Live and learn ain’t it wonderful.
It's very interesting to listen to these stories. Psychology is my favorite subject in college so I kind a get intrigued with odd behaviours of various people. Especially the most sinister ones.
YESSSSSS PERFECT TIMING
Yep.
perfect timing !
It’s crazy how women protect men … ladies report it
Report it
Report it
Let's Read is my go-to easy listening to go to sleep 💤.

Your voice is so soothing 🤗💕
I love stalker stories! Hope you can do more
Just in time 💜
Yep
It's be great to hear Let's Read and Be Busta
Love the one from the stalkers side of it fascinating
Finally early!
Nice
Your opening is the dopest one I've ever seen.
Does anyone else listen to this as they fall asleep after eating a burrito
To story #2, sweetheart, no one is blaming you for feeling relief after he’s gone. Any woman OR man whose been through the same would not blame you. I, as a person who hasn’t been, don’t blame you. Now you can truly have a restart on your new life.
I am not a stalker but your voice is awesome and can you 🎶 sing
Twenty-two years isn't long enough, not nearly long enough. That man needs to rot in a cage until death comes for him.
In reference to DJ story:
I've had stress induced shingles repeatedly & it is so intensely painful, it can render you unconcious. I missed out on my whole freshman year of high school because of it. I now have permanent nerve damage.
Thanks again Joel, for the stories 💜 Have a great 4th of July!
As horrifying as it is hearing the stalkers side of the story is morbidly fascinating just hearing how they justify their actions is really scary yet interesting at the same time I’m glad that at least the stalker was getting therapy and help for what he did and not doing to to anyone else
Would you do any hiking, camping, in the woods cryptid stories but a long compilation?
I have a lot of childhood stories about stalkers. These stories reminded me of them.
Share one!!!
I can’t get enough of these stories
"seem like something to scare the poop out of me," sounds like something Holly Gibney would say
Thank you 🙏 one day you will have a million subscribers
Sometimes I think Let's Read and Mr. Nightmare are the same person!
Oooo!!! Purple, Green, Blue!!!!
Much love!
it's not often that you get the stalker's point of view
I always find it interesting when you hear the stalking from the stalker
Who else is watching this at their local casino?
nope I'm watching from my local bed
@@emilymurdoch6713 lol
Where are you? I’m in Vegas and I was about to walk into the casino but I just got so caught up in these stories. I’m gonna have to go back home and take another shower. I have been sitting in my car and it’s 103 degrees right now. Lol.
@@luckiestunluckypersonever4278 wow lol no im from alabama and we got casinos around here lol
The stalker guy…creepy AF
