First here. Hope everything is going well. God bless. Imagine leaving for work in the morning and your yard look the way it did then come home to what it looks like now.
HA!! Just watching you talk to yourself while struggling to get that oil tank out was worth EVERY minute I spent watching this video!!!!
No one leaves it looking as good as you do!
Thank you!
I always had to rake and sweep at every job I ever got as a tree company. I am so happy u didn’t venture too far in to a tree service. Unless u have millions of credit to get these big new grapples trucks then u would just b another one of us like me.
These makeover videos always seem to provide some of your best content. Keep u the good work. We certainly appreciate the effort.
Thank you for the encouragement!
I agree! Love the transformation type videos! Great job!
@@drk218 So true. The outdoor family space is visible now with all it's potential. A fire pit, cooking area or even to frame the pool with their own landscape choice, all is possible now thanks to Johns work, and watching it come into focus like this is a real hoot.
@@UpstateBrushControl Really an eye opener watching the property open up to it's full potential. Thanks to you, the owner has several options to enhance the new space.
Wow what a great job. I like the fact you go over the area with the equipment and mulch the area to a fine dirt ready for seeding . Excellent work. 😊
Glad you enjoyed it!
Another job well done.
THANKS FOR SHARING JOHN YOU guys DID AN AWESOME JOB,,A BIG THANK YOU TO YOUR FRIEND FOR HELPING YOU,,SEE YOU LATER ON YOUR NEXT VIDEO,,,,AS ALWAYS MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS YOU AND FAMILY AND YOUR FRIENDS,,,,BE SAFE BROTHER,,,,
Looks 100% better Jon, good job brother! Looked like hell from the start and now it’s amazing and I like the mulcher especially when you back drag it! It really shreds that stuff up! Thanks for sharing, Kirk from Louisiana! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👌🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 Thanks for the help Lane! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Good job brother!
Those mulching thingys amaze me at how fast they work and how great everything looks when you’re done. If I was a younger woman I’d get the entire set up
Wow, great makeover, that yard looks fabulous now. The home owners have a clean slate to put in a nice garden, tennis court or whatever they want. Great job Jon and lane. Thank you for sharing 😀
Thanks for watching!
Looks 100% better.
Thank you!
As said by every man with a machine, " Its not heavy, it just awkward" Well done hooking that tank out. We can see where the dirt will go!
Good work my friend! I must say, you seemed as if you caught your second wind when Lane showed up. While working alone is enjoyable to me also, it's a good change of pace to look around and know someone's got your back. Seems to me it would be a nice option if the opportunity presents itself to work with Lane more. Depending on job mix of course. God Bless! Murfreesboro TN
Wow what transition. Looks great
Nice work John 👍👋🇨🇦
Thanks John, Jodie, and Lane on a job that looks great. Happy Memorial Day and God Bless.
Thank you! Happy Memorial Day!
Wow, what an improvement! And thanks to Lane for his help.
Great video as always and the transformation on that property was awesome stay safe and remember to take for yourself and your family 👍
Like you say it looks a thousand times better, hopefully now it will be easier for the home owner to keep clean and take to the next stage. Pitty they didn't get you to lay some grass seed and straw down. 👍🤗
Wow, what transformation. Great job Jon. Have a great holiday weekend and stay safe.
Thanks!
Another fine job!
My local scrap metal place will take old oil tanks without smashing them or cutting them up. Worth scrapping for sure. They are heavy.
That was an awesome job.💪🏾👊🏽
What a transformation!! Looks good Jon thanks for the video! Homeowner needs to spray a good herbicide all around that block retainer wall and keep it maintained nicely!! Lane knew how to handle the equipment! 👍👍
Awesome transformation Jon.
It looks so much better now!
Love seeing heavy machinery being used!
Awesome Job!!
I love your long videos. Great Job
Thank you!
WOW! I've never watched s brush clean up video before. You & your buddy did an excellent clean up job! I love that mulcher on the back hoe. I've never seen that before! Keep making more of these videos!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Nice to see you have help. Makes the day go faster. Lane seems like a real good kid. If he sticks around, you should let us know more about him. But you’ve got to love a college kid with the gumption to get his own Bobcat CTL and subcontract himself out. It’s a win-win relationship: you get help and he gets to learn from the old master. Maybe you’re looking at a future employee - or partner. Whatever, this kid’s not afraid to work, so hooray for you, Jon.
AMAZING JOB JOHN!!❤ great to see the transformation of what seemed like copper head alley 😄😄🤙🏼🙏🏼
There’s something about you now 🤔 you actually look like you’re kinda enjoying the single employee direction that you have moved into? I’m self employed and I work alone as a welder fabricator and I’ve tried the hired hand’s and boss thing but after awhile it seemed like I was doing most of the work and the only one not getting paid 😁. Then my wife saw what was going on and asked me how I was doing 😉 and I knew it was time to let everyone go and now I’m like you back to where I started and I couldn’t be happier. Love you brother 🙏🏼❤️ Habakkuk 3:17-19
Very nice Jon. Man, I don't think i have ever seen anyone chip up old wood( old fencing or whatever) that wasn't tree wood before. didn't know that was even possible. I tried my best before i had someone come out to forestry mulch to have all that kinda stuff out of the way. I guess it does dull your teeth depending on how old it is. Very nice job as always. That place looks so so much better now.
Your finished product is definitely better than any of the other similar businesses
Excellent work
Thank you so much!
Awesome, great job guys!!
Glad you enjoyed it!!
Awesome vid and an amazing transformation John!
Thanks Davin!
People who live in John's area should only look at his videos of the work he does and way he leaves the property looking when he is done. I would not call anyone but John.
Thank you so much!
Top notch guys 😎😎😎
Thank you!
Wow what huge improvement looks awsome. Do you miss not having the boys working for ya?
I enjoy working by myself and hiring only when I need to.
How did you mulch all that without getting junk in the pool? Nicely done!
Chains ok thankyous
Looks 500% better
Thats is an amazing transformation! Out of curiosity what would a job this size charge? What did that run them? My educated guess was 3500 or above. Cheers!
How do you determine where to stop? The brambles and little shrubs and trees just seem to go on forever.
It's up to the customer, we come up with a plan
My Bush must be controlled too.
When you get the tooth in the strap and lift it you think "DUR" that's how you do it.
😎👍
Where are all the nice guys you used to have on your crew?
They left to pursue other opportunities
I wonder how many people have gotten started in this type of work? Babe not as big but in some way?
all that stuff on the wall gone come back
But at least the homeowners can maintain it now.
That’s correct, it will! Mulching and weed eating/trimming are temporary land clearing processes and have to be maintained.
Make America Great Again
What happened to your team ?
They decided to move on and pursue other opportunities.
@@UpstateBrushControl sorry to hear that , from the outside in , you give great boss vibes
@@UpstateBrushControl better days to come
They need someone to come in and power wash the pool area. Would make a huge difference.
1000% better-looking area, for sure.
One thing I really liked / appreciated, was the fact that you mentioned the "bidding for a job" comes with hidden / unforeseen obstacles / hurdles that come along with the process.
Awesome job. 👍👍👍
Thank you for the feedback!
What a mess! That tank is HUGE! Fencing, slab, junk ... tedious work but y'all did a great job! Amazing transformation!
The MAIN THING about John’s work is that he doesn’t JUST clear out the areas - he takes the extra time to leave a FINELY manicured wood chip layer behind. And THAT is what sets him apart from others and makes HIS company worth the expense!!! Awesome job as always!!!!
Thanks LANE for helping out!!!
My four cents (inflation)…if I were the owners I would plant clover to keep the area around the pool green and easy to maintain. It grows fairly quickly and just needs a haircut about every 2-3 weeks once established.
Also, pressure wash the pool deck. 😉
Great job, Lane! Thanks for helping our buddy, Jon! 😊 The property looks so much better!!
I wish for everyone a safe, relaxing and enjoyable Memorial Day weekend! ❤️🇺🇸💙
🏎️💨💨💨
Thank you!
Got that place looking good John 👍
Outstanding as usual 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Wow! What a cool transformation. That was sweet...
Good to have some help like Layne you can call on too...
Thanks! It turned out really nice! Layne was a huge help!
Chalk and cheese difference there mate, that place must have been quite the property when it was new, that grassed area where you stockpiled the dirt looked like the size of a old tennis court. Cheers from down under.
Looks so much better, and easier fro them to maintain.
There not going to know how to act, with all that open space! What a difference, great job y’all! 😊
Using a brush controller is so much more efficient and cleaner than using a excavator. Looks Great 👍
That place needed help bad ,looks great now
Great job. Glad you had a helper. Lane thank you!
👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
shame you are ripping out those beautiful crype myrtles.😞what type of Tank was that, an old Oil or propane tank?? Dang a lot of crap in that one area that you have to mulch in, but oh how I love that mulcher! Great Job, John, looks far better now than it did. Your professionalism in your work and in your videos is well appreicated. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you!
Question: Why not use those thick blades on the weed thingiemejig (hihi, name totally gone at this moment 🤔😁 ) instead of the nylon threading? It's absolutely a question out of the blue, I am very much not a expert 😁 but those blades seem to live longer.. unless they're no good for that specific job I guess..
But WOW!! What a transformation! Looking real good! 😎
And I honestly never ever saw it coming.. that big mulching mower eating not just the logical thing, brush and trees and stumps but.... Fences!? Lol!! NEVER crossed my mind that this was even possible 😲 SO funny to see that.
Aren't you afraid that the nails and other iron stuff, a garden typically has laying around, dull down the mulcher faster?
But my compliments! This way they can make things around the pool to make it way more enjoyable instead of pulling every day leafs out of it and Especially at fall time. (I know, enough trees around still but not suffocating that pool anymore!
Nice! 👌😎
Good job John. Yo da man!
John, a Interesting task by a Residence. The Surroundings, the Shrub to clear and Mulching. That by the Mulching, old Wood, Plastic, Cartire and all old Rubbig heap come to Light, is not good, this belong on a Assembly Place. Then come a Helper to You. To last is the complete Purification Process very good successful and the Video too. Greeting from Austria 🇦🇹
Jon awesome 5 🌟 video, I'm willing to go 10 thousand times better fantastic job Big 👍 to Lain for the awesome job he did as always God bless y'all from Gaffney South Carolina viewer 🙏❤️💯

The attention to detail shows you take pride in the work you do. Always give the owner alittle more than they asked for. Great job!
That huge rhododendron was worth at least 8-10k…rare to see them that big. It takes 50+ decades to grow that tall. Landscapers and nursery’s buy stuff like that.
It looks like they need to have a bunch of asphalt removed and get a permeable surface. They have a bunch of work to do going forward. Nice job upstate brush control.
Nice empty slate now. I would cut that tank in half and make a flower or vegetable container out of it. I liked that a lot.
John you and Lane did a great job
Thanks!
I am Sooooo weird, -- but I’ve been wanting to see a brush hog do some work!!!
If I could use one an hour or two a day,---- Zero stress left.
😊😊😊 Then a Margarita.
Found a basketball court?
The cement slab looks like a walk to a house no longer there. Maybe a mobile or RV along with the water service.
Time for them to invest in a powered sprayer and round up.
Excellent job.👍
Great transformation 👍🏼
Thank you!
The pool stayed pretty clean considering the debris that flying around from the mulcher. Sure opened up the space too.
It made the space so much better for them!
You have to be extra careful cutting those old tanks up. My former father in law cut into one that was supposed to be pumped out but had a leak between inner and outer walls so it exploded on him. Had bad burns
Oh wow!
Backyard is much more inviting. Now they just need a BBQ and a picnic table up in the mulched area.
Very nice job, boy do I need you on my property but I know I’m little to far away for you to travel down in Georgia.
That mulcher is one beast of a machine, the transformation looks fantastic.
Manufacturer couldve put a bit bigger eye on that tank for a decent size chain to fit through lol
What a satisfying job. Spending the day eviscerating things😊
Wow!.. 110 percent better!.. great work!💪🏼💪🏼
My experience is they call you because it's a mess and they push it off on someone else
Thanks lane for helping I hope I got your name right
Maybe the pool should be covered before you start the job ?
Really cool watching your expertise in action!
Lane has a nice looking RAM in the background 👍
Hey everybody ..... its Jon..... nice job buddy
You need to carry a chain in your machine!! Have Fun!
You do a great job with that muncher !👍👍👍
That looked like it was a nice piece of property at one time, definitely neglected, glad to see the owners wanting to clean place up ,like how that front was full of asphalt was impressive.still needs lotta work.good video as always.your the man.keep doing what your doing.😎😎😎👍👍👍
👍👍👍💙💛❤ NICE JOHN.💙💛❤👍👍👍🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀
Great videos never saw those mulchers work before that is crazy! John you and Lane transformed that backyard just amazing never seen anything like it before!
Glad you enjoyed it!
