I've been having this problem lately where everytime I sneeze it feels like I'm being punched (extremely hard) in my back & rib cage. I'm gonna try your technique the next time and see what happens. Thank you for this tip.

I sneeze then there is pain in the back and it is August. It basicly feels like I am being stabbed in the spine. Should I see a spine expert or a doctor? Btw its rlly painful af

Few months ago I got herniated disc after sneezing while picking something from the floor. It was brutal pain.
