"The theatrical period of flamenco included some onorthodox elements that brought about some misical variations and shows in the 40s and 50s.Though they have already disappeared nowadays, that situation somehow trivialized the real core of flamenco which was alomost marginalized in that time.
As we wanted to include all flamenco trends in the series, we picked Manolo Caracol as the most represrntative 'cantaor'of that era."
