I don’t know why but I got teary eyes when your grand father was reading his card. Both mine passed before I was born. It’s something I wished I had memories of. I grew up with only one grand mother who passed in 2006. This will be great videos for your family to look at years and years from now.
Your dad needs to come out with a cookbook or something!!! His food always seems amazing from all your vlogs!!

Crapemyrtles are a southern staple! I love to see ones that have been left to grow and not hacked down. I have a black diamond variety (black leaves) with magenta flowers. I can’t wait until it’s that size!!
Crape myrtle! We have those all over Louisiana too. We planted a natchez crape myrtle in our yard 2 years ago. Beautiful trees. And they withstand wind like no other lol

Hang in there Brenna. It gets easier. I promise. Today is my first bad mental day in about a week. We just moved and I am stressed out over food as my family threw all our groceries away before we could finish moving into our new place, and it just triggered my rollercoaster. We lived with them but to throw away $700 worth of food was unnecessary since my youngest had allergies and can only eat certain foods. Mindy, Larry and the gang always bring a smile to my face. Even on my worst days. You got this.

I'm Mexican and literally the pico de gallo, which is the salsa in the store bought jar is really easy to make. It also tastes better when it is fresh.... all you need is tomato, cilantro, onion, serrano pepper, lime juice and some salt to taste.
For salsas, we never use parsley, tajin (we only use this for fruits or like someone else in the comments mentioned, for alcoholic drinks) or jamaican jerky seasoning...

Good morning. Hoping to be able to relax today. Yesterday our lawn people hit our glass front screen door and it shattered. Luckily they paid to have it replaced and last night we got a brand new screen door. It was a pain to clean up all the glass and there is still a little bit of clean up.

There was 10 of us, I am the youngest '60' there was 6 girls 4 boys. Now brother 84, sister 83 and a sister 74 and my self. My father passed in 1966 of June...
6th month 6th day of 1966
I was 5, he was 52, thus yr.
Has been gone 54 yrs. Been gone longer than he lived

Happy father day! Easy way to make salsa is put in a pot green tomatoes( tomatillos) about 12, garlic 2 gloves, 1/4 of an onion and depends on how hot you want add jalapeños. Boil it for like 10 minutes and then blend it with cilantro. Or you can cook the them in the grill and then blend it.
