sounds to me like a sense of nostalgia! its often triggered with asmr because asmr can bring feelings of anxieties to rest which feels like a weight lifted, almost like that nostalgic airy feeling. another thing could be that you experienced asmr as a kid, a parent tucking you in, a girl scratching your back at recess, etc. that can be what triggers that nostalgic feeling perhaps :)

i have also only ever seen mic swirling in a more aggressive style, but i really liked the way you did it in this! every part where you did the fork and a brush at the same time was magicccc i really liked the juxtaposition of the two sounds also i think silver for the next mic!
I would ❤❤ a full video with that mic-brushing-while-tapping-the-brush as the main feature. I looped the last 5m of this vid a bunch of times, sooo nice to listen to while reading. Excellent video, of course.
