@@toadsage7328 depends on your toon's stats and how you use them.. Changing to IBM requires 22dex, and 30agi, ..if you can change to IBM from lv1 then it is good for stats growth. (toon's stats + job stats)

@@toadsage7328well tier 1 class has a low stats growth rate compare to tier3. That said it's your choice what stats you want for you IBM archery tier 1 has (agi and dex) mostly and tier 1 infantry has (str and agi)

but idk whats the conversion of IBM's per to damage since IBM convert some of their per to dmg and hit%
