Toast Tray with Chicken and Bechamel
Ingredients as added
To make chicken stuffing
1 tablespoon of oil
2 butter cubes
½ kilo chicken breasts, small cubes
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon mixed spice or chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 large onion chopped
½ green pepper, diced small
½ small yellow pepper
1 small carrot, grated
½ cup corn (optional)
To make the Bechamel
2 butter cubes
1 tablespoon of oil
3 tablespoons flour
2 and a half cups of milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white or black pepper
Other ingredients
Toast
Mozzarella cheese
A sprinkle of thyme
