I had this set as a kid too and a lot of these expansions to it as well. But I remember my parents had the worst time in their life trying to find this one red dragon figure we saw in toy catalogues, but I did have the teal dragon shown here. They used the same plastic mold for it but it was just a different color. It seems like everyone had the teal dragon from the dragon duel pack, like the one in your video, but never the red one. Would you happen to know anything about it? Thanks if there's any info you can provide. A bit of some fun research I'm doing, because I couldn't find it on eBay or Amazon lol.
I remember there was a Maid Marian figurine that came with the Robin Hood set. She was badass because she had a bow and arrow. Some of the pirates might have a female too
