Enjoyed you working with you 650 dozer and getting some more clearing done on your land. Your plans for the planting of the different grasses is a really good idea.

There’s still a lot of work to be done. A little at a time. Hopefully the rain we got last night will help things to start growing.

Having a rake for the dozer helps in separating out those rocks and burnable stuff. Cattle and deer is a carnivore's paradise! People always conplain about their back when running a dozer or skid steer.

We would love to have a rake for the dozer! For now we just have to burn the piles and grade the rocks out. Just have to make do with what we’ve got. And yes, those machines are definitely hard on backs. I’ve already had one back surgery and I really don’t want another one, lol.

@@RockWellAcresFarm2023 Sorry you have had to have surgery. A friend of mine has also had spinal surgery from too many years on dozers and skid steers. Just don't overdo it If you let the piles dry long enough you should have no problems burning and grading. I help my friend when I can by taking his place in the skid steer to help him avoid more back troubles.
