(About) how much should we expect to spend on a 3 camera setup like you described?
This is not an inexpensive setup. You'll see the prices for the equipment as you visit each of the links they provide. Although, you can accomplish something similar for a lot less ... or for a lot more. It just depends on what you're trying to accomplish.
For example, you could accomplish something similar with laptops and webcams and the same ATEM Mini they are showing. This can feel less expensive if you already happen to have a few laptops around and you add a $50 webcam to each.
Short story: there's more than one way to pull off this kind of setup.
