- Another great Pomona Swap Meet. August is my one year anniversary of filming this event and it was a scorcher with temps hitting triple digits today. Lots of classic cars, muscle cars, hot rods, Volkswagens, lowriders, antique cars, and other vehicles of interest.
Had to reshoot the intro due to a camera problem. I like having the date of the video in my intros.
Filmed on August 7, 2022

BEUTIFULL videos
Thanks 🙏 for showing the prices of the cars 🙏👍😍♥️
I was there to find a finished 1928-1937 hot rod. There were almost no such hot rods there. A lot of them exist but the owners are just storing these cars until they die. This year's L.A. Roadster show (also held at the Pomona fairgrounds) was a shadow of itself and didn't even both to run thru Sunday. Based on the attendees at the Roadster Show, it appeared that 5% to 10% of them would not be back next year due to age-related mobility issues or death. I'm not sure what's going to happen to all their cars...hot rods are fun to look at but take an enormous amount of maintenance, especially if built by an amateur. At 71 yo, I am on the tail end of the early-Ford hot rod generation.
I’ve been seeing many hot rods built in the seventies through the nineties popping up at these swap meets and even estate sales after their long time owners pass. Most younger hot toddlers want more fifties style traditional rods. Not sure what that’ll mean for these cars.
New subscriber. Great content! Viewing from South Florida 🌴🌴

SO SORRY I MEAN THE 1940 FORD FOUND AT 53:45 MIN SEC. THANKS VERY MUCH.
do u have a willys v6 for sale
I don't have anything like that.
I saw u said a vette was crossfire was 1985 not 84
1985 was tuned port. 1982 and 1984 was cross fire.
Ram Air Mustang are big $ now. But only a 4 spd 🤔
I agree James!
JD Power NADA like yesterday s deal 🤣🤔💁♂️
That's what I thought of when I saw it.
Most of these guys are nuts. For the money they’re asking they should all be able to be driven home.
The 64’ Galaxy for 22k seemed almost fair. You’d be buying a run of the mill little Toyota Carolla for that money if you bought a newer car.
Up loud or down low, all that music sounds like crap.
Everybody is under the impression everything is a classic and no matter what piece of crap condition it’s in it’s worth hard earned money.
I get loons thinking my 02 Ford Ranger will be a classic and worth money some day.
Anyway. I haven’t been to that swap meet in decades. When you say Long Beach I’m guessing Vet Stadium. Use to have a good swap meet there once a month too.
Looked like a good day for a walk around and see some interesting things. Local to HB?
Most of the prices tend to be high here. I’m in Pasadena
@@MikeFrankovich Okay, not close. Thought maybe I’d tag a long one day.
📽️ a 1965 prix
Caprice a 396/427?
Thanks for showing us the Pomona car swap meet, cameraman needs to go slower, couldn't enjoy very much, went very fast on his shoot.
I know of 10 Opel GT sitting all for $4000
Yeah, they're usually kinda cheap for projects.
