I never tire of seeing these amazing colourful birds in the backyard.
Me either :-)
Rainbow lori's are wonderful. Cheeky, friendly and boistrous, all at the same time.
I agree Brian:-) Have a great weekend mate!
Just saw some of these lovely creatures at Fernshaw Reserve in the Black Spur this morning. Love them. 👍
Hey Pete, awesome! Hope you’re having a great week!😃
@ I am, now! I take every Friday off, now, so today was spent up and around Narbethong with old friends. It was the perfect day, and the birdlife was the icing on the cake. 👍
That’s great mate! Glad to hear you’ve made that change! You deserve it👍😉
@@peterviragphoto After 39 years of full-time work, I reckon I do, too! 😄
Very pretty Peter and a lot less camera shy than the ones I see here occasionally. My biggest problem at the moment is beating the birds to my tomato’s, I’ve tried filling up the bird bath but they seem to prefer the liquid in a tomato . 😀
Thanks mate! OMG haha the tomatoes must be yumm as😀😀😀 Have a great weekend Chris!
They really are pretty but they're so abundant and fearless that you start to overlook them. They're not quite a street pigeon but they're not far off. I wish some of their cousins would let you get so close. I've never found a Rosella or Yellow tail this co-operative.
Very true:-) Rosellas are much more timid
