Is Dyfi Bikepark to much for a 59yr old to first time, no I had a great day there, just needed more runs of each run.

What a fantastic Bikepark Dyfi was we did 3 red runs and one black run what a fantastic place Dyfi Bikepark is, this was my 5th day in a row of riding my Whyte E-180 Works, love this bike.

Day 2 - Antur Stiniog.
Day 3 - Llangollen
Day 4 - Llangollen to Llandegla via Lands End.
Day 5 - Dyfi Bikepark.
Day 6 - Bikepark wales.
Day 7 - Bikepark wales.
Day 8 - Dirt Farm.
Did over 260 miles downhill in 8 fantastic days, i was absolutely knackered on day 8.
