For me Bouboo’s round from the very beginning to the end is very clear in hitting different elements in the music, and changing the textures and sentences throughout the round, his dance makes the music stand out more.

When I saw the battle live, I thought it was absurd that Bouboo lost the battle, especially because I'm a big fan of Bouboo, and he's one of my favorite dancers.
But watching again calmly, Fabbreezy's victory is actually noticeable, he had more musicality, he seems to have enjoyed the sound more, he danced happier, and he was happier with the beat. Dancing is also sometimes expression. Bouboo played more movements, some "empty" movements, which I say are empty because there was no musicality, there was no exact combination of the movement with the music.
And an observation, this battle must have broken and it must have given Icee heart pain to vote, lol. Because he was their partner in double battles for years!
Icee and Bouboo have danced together a bit but Icee literally won Juste Debout with Fabreezy as a partner in 2013. Pretty sure Icee had no hard feelings voting either way.
if happiness or emotions play a factor in dance battle then larry or laurent should be winning all their battles since they both give the most expressions while dancing 😂

Nah. Bouboo was definitely giving better musicality and groove... And he’s been killing it on Street Dance of China for three consecutive years and bunch of battles consistently so I don’t think he really needs any “readjusting”
As a Fan Of Boubou & Criminalz and always and seen all videos of boubou it looked like the only time he had Musicality was at the Very End Of It. Plus Boubou Stil has his grooves and Beatkilling. But fabreezy Was In His Bag From The Beginning 😤 To The End. W Battle Fron Both.
@@finalpurposes Judging by his recent approach/battles, it's quite clear that he has been away from the scene for a while. His freestyle skills are a bit out of pocket, to say the least. As he himself admitted after Random Circles. And let's face it, Street Dance China is a far cry from battle culture. It's like saying he's killing it on America's Got Talent.
As for musicality, well I don't know what you mean. It's something of moot term these days. If you mean to say rhythm, variations, timing,flow, consistency, accenting etc then please say so.
@kekkles117 First of all, you’re quite literally downplaying SDC when some of the best and legendary street/battle dancers were competing including Kyoka, Popping C, Gogo bros, Hilty and Bosch, Acky, Rochka, Nelson, Dyken, Zyko, Sniper, Kite, and on and on, it was most definitely as comparable to battle culture if not even more difficult/tense. Not to mention the numerous battle competitions he’s beens in the last few years. Second of all, by musicality I mean all of the above. Third of all, judging by the likes & comments, even majority of ppl here agree that Bouboo clearly won or at the very LEAST it was tie…anyone with eyes could see 🤷♀️ They both did well though, but the judging was so off.
