About the dessert hotsauce, a place near where my dad lives has a chili-chocolate ice-cream, you'd think it would taste horrible, but it's absolutely one of my favourite ice-creams...
When the sauce goes bad or you finish the bottles, you should fill the empty bottles with color sand, the same color that the sauce was to put in a display case.
I tend to buy my sauces 1 or 2 at a time, about once every 2 or 3 months. You sir are an inspiration ! Out the ones here I have both the Dave's insanity's the mad dogs, da bomb and my personal favourite Z nothing beyond, yes it is hot, but it is really tasty, normally the super hots just get tasted once or twice, then put away, but the Z nothing I use frequently. Not quite as much as the milder ones like Blazin etc but definately worth opening.

I use alot of the green habanero El Yucateco. It has a brighter, fresh taste. Not hot for a pepper head.

I've got some frostbite its pretty hot. I use it in a martini thats gin lime sugar cube frostbite. A sweet variation of a chile lime martini
