WPVI-TV (ABC): E3 Centers' 2014 Graduation

On Thursday, June 26 more than 50 young Philadelphians celebrated getting their GED through one of the four E3 centers across the city at the annual E3 graduation ceremony. E3 centers take a neighborhood-based, holistic approach to out-of-school youth and youth returning from juvenile placement to achieve long-term educational, career, and personal goals. The graduation was help at the First District Plaza building on Market street. The Philadelphia Youth Network serves as the managing partner of the initiative on behalf of the Philadelphia Council for College and Career Success. Collectively all E3 centers offer services to over 1,000 youth annually.
