@@toohot4u22 yes, it is. I pretty much wear it everyday and it still looks good. I’ve washed it and used mousse. Does it look how it looked when i bought it, no. As it shouldn’t. But it still looks good. I highly recommend it.

Thought maybe I received the wrong item so I reordered and received the same thing. Returned back to Amazon. I bought the water wave and the curly both were the same.

You may get something different but both of my purchases from Julia hair were not 100% human hair. It was shiny synthetic blended doll like hair with a very loose curl pattern. That was my experience with this company.
